When I first called to schedule for a core aeration job for my property I never got a straight answer on an exact date and time of when they were coming out. Called back again 2 days later cause I wanted exact date and time cause I had things going on that week. Finally got an exact date and time, they didn’t show up on time so I waited around for hours holding off on my my errands that day. They showed up a hour after I left (4:30 pm I saw them on my camera) when they were scheduled for 10 am that morning. After coming come from running errands walked around my lawn front and back to check the worked they performed and I noticed a huge area in my front yard back and sides looked as if they never touched it with the machine. No holes in the soil were visible nor were there cores on the ground in these area.I reviewed my camera to check and noticed they in fact did not. From reviewing my cameras I looked like a mature hour as the machine was dragging the employees around like rag dolls. Called the main line to have them come back out and complete what they started. That’s when one of the employees hit my house with the machine damaging my siding I just hear a boom coming from my kitchen area. Walked my property to notice broken siding on both side of my home. Called and spoke with manager Dean. He says he will someone come out and fix my siding. Weeks go by no one shows up for repairs. Called the office a week straight and can not get in touch with him. Receptionist says oh he’s on the phone and will call you back, or he’s not in the office right, oh he left early. Bottom line is Dean isnt trying to fix the damaged that his employees have done to my home. I wouldn’t ever hire Green Bee Lawn Care again or recommend them to any one. Break things on your home and leave it for you to fix at your cost. Stay away! Too bad you can’t leave 0 stars
