      I purchased treatment packages for various areas of service. The company has abruptly closed the only location in the area permanently with no warning or contact. I have been trying to contact the company since February about a refund. The corprate number has stated only that location can issue a refund. The location has a phone number that goes to voice mail. I got 1 call back that I missed and never received another call.

      Ive had issues with Sona Med Spa since late 2020. Ive never been able to complete my Cool Sculpting treatments in **********,** or ******* (Galleria) due to both of them abruptly closing &failing to notify me. 1) Sugarland-I won a raffle of 2 Cool Sculpting treatments in 2021.Then was enticed to purchase a lowest price of the seasonhowever, they didnt have a technician/nurse(provider)who could execute the work.Hence,they cancelled my first appointment due to no provider.Then my first session turned out to be a training session for the said provider &took approx. ***** hours where it normally would take less than 2 hours.I was not asked if i could be there subject for the training and I felt this session should have been free.I had another session the next week then was informed the provider quit and then I could not get an appointment because they only offered certain services andCool Sculpt. was not part of it.They called their name to Sona Dermatology. I was never contacted for scheduling out follow ups.I was always the one who had to contact them.I believe I paid approx. $2K.I dont have the exact no.Then they abruptly closed & I was not informed.I never received the treatments I won either.2) Downtown-received a call from the SonaGalleria location&the Mgr. ****** ***** said she could see my file in the computer&encouraged me to come to their location offered to complete the treatments in 2023.I went ******** was1 hour drive&no free parking.Ihad to take time off work each time bec. they never had an opening on Thurs eve(their one late night) or Sat.I purchased a package when they had another promo. ****** was advised i could use more,during the initial assessment.I spent approx.$3Kthere.Then the same thing started happening.The provider cancelled appointments,the machine broke,then they abruptly closed.I heard all TX locations closed Im unaware.Ive been leaving messages since this March. The ans. machine is still on&Im still receiving sales calls.

      I paid for laser hair removal for several parts of my body and am now unable to get a hold of any locations in *******. They are all listed as temporarily closed and will not answer the phone or email. I spent lots of money and am now not able to get the service I paid for!! I was never informed of anything and am unable to contact them in any way.

      We prepaid for laser hair removal of the leg, arpits and bikini area. The business suddenly shut down. When I called to make an appointment we received a call back from ***** in September stating that they would re-open when they found a new space to rent. In the meantime, she said we could get a refund instead if that was preferred from Sona Dermatology. I asked for a reimbursement which she indicated should be closer to Halloween. She said that the business had to shut down due to the lease getting too expensive. I have called back several times and each time have been reassured of a reimbursement but have never gotten our money back.

      I purchased a laser treatment package on 7/3/2023 in the amount of $1,540.00 for 4 treatments.I have had 2 treatments of the 4 and am unable to reschedule. My calls and voicemails go unanswered. ****** shows they are closed until 2025. My package is only good for one year.I would like a refund of $770.00 for the two treatments never received, but cannot get anyone to call me back nor respond. I tried the ********* location and received no answer. I also called the ************ location and was promised a callback and never got one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. NOTE: My two treatments received were on 7-6-2023 and 8-3-2023.

      Good afternoon,I purchased the following services and gift cards on the dates listed below. **** closed their offices on August 25th, 2023. All ******* offices are now closed. I requested a refund from ***** ****** (Area Director) on August 25th. She stated that she would submit for a refund. I have emailed numerous times, and she has continuously said the refund was reviewed and did not know how long it would take. She continues to promise to get back to me with refund information. After months of emails and calls, I still have not received my refund. 8/22/2022 - total of $600 pre-purchased 40 units @ $15, get 10 units free.9/30/2022 - $228.25 on month remaining - ********** Member PIF.(Start 9/30/2022 ends 9/30/2023 - paid $2,739.00)11/12/2022 - total remaining of $431.15.11/25/2022 - total of $1,500.00 - 2 GC $750 for $2,000.00 value.4/15/2023 - total of $2,400.00 - 3 GC with the value of $3,000.00.
