      Like the other reviews are saying this company is a complete scam. Paid premiums for seven months and went to the provider search in the online portal to find a doctor and not one available doctor takes the insurance in a 200 mile radius in ****************. I asked for my money back and of course they told me no! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

      Worst company ever. Total scam. They provided a 7-page list of doctors near me in network. Upon calling to set up an appointment, none of the doctor's offices have ever heard of the company and no one accepts this company.
      Have been doubled billed in the past and took over 6 months to sort the few times I was able to find a doctor in network.
      STAY AWAY!!!

      This insurance is a scam they scammed me for $3500. And when I called them to complain the insurance agent lady would not even listen to me and she hanged up on me. Beware they are scammers. No hearts or empathy.

      If I could, I would give them a zero. They denied my policy because I have PCOS. It is not something that could be prevented or even treated. It They did not even try to understand, they just denied based solely on that. It is ridiculous that I cannot get healthcare due to something outside of my control. But after reading these reviews, it is probably a good thing I will not be insured with them.

      Horrible company and customer service. They will promise one thing and then ***** *** out of money as soon as they can without covering anything or canceling coverage for a procedure last minute where you have to stay in the hospital for a few days.

      This company owed me a refund on my premium for 10 days of service that I did not receive (around $100). After 3 attempts and 2 hours on the phone, I gave up. There customer service is absolutely horrid. Its clear all of their customer service agents (except JT) hate working there and have no interest in helping people. They can keep the $100. Not worth the headache.

      The only reason this company has positive reviews is because they don’t accept any patient with what THEIR NURSE has determined as risky. If you have anything in your medical record using the word. ‘Cardiac’ don’t bother applying. I have a very common heartbeat called a cardiac bridge. I was denied insurance because their cardiology NURSE says I am high risk, despite my cardiologist stating I have No condition and I am at no more risk than someone with high blood pressure. It’s a scam for yhe company to make money by accepting their version of healthy people and not ‘risky’ individuals. My daughter has a plan and has DOUBLE paid for lab work. They don’t support their subscribers! Stay away!

      Only good for Dr. Appts. You will get a small check for the difference of the appt. However, if your Dr orders any blood work or testing, YOU ARE SCREWED. this insurance pays for one test a day. So if he orders the basic panel of a cbc, comp, lipids, etc. it will pay for ONE of them. The rest you have to pay for and that will cost you hundreds!! Same goes for radiology. One view per day! So if both knees are X-rays you will have to pay for one of them. Wellness visits-they will pay for one a year. So if you are a woman they will pay for your pap but they won’t pay for your mammogram or any other wellness type visit like flu shots etc. They won’t be paid for. And omg surgeries, you best not have any. I had a hysterectomy for a tumor. $27000+ surgery. They paid $3k. Even with the discount that the hospital has to give, I owed $22k.
      RUN don’t walk away from this company.
