    I called us law shield 15 times and I have received no attorney call back when I am a member and I called the emergency line and had been hung up several times when I thought okay it was probably a technical issue and for the past few days I have been receiving the same apologies and the same pathetic excuses with we're going to submit your complaint we are so sorry we're going to look into this we're going to tell our supervisors and then I get no resolution all I wanted was an attorney. My daughter is in the middle of a crisis with a custody battle and no one will help me no one will call me back and no one knows my situation. Meanwhile no one told me that I was getting an email from one attorney office that was going in my junk folder. I opened it up and tried to do their intake form and it was extremely complicated. I called the phone number on the bottom and spoke to a ***** and she was the rudest person ever and would not help me with this form. I didn't know what date it wanted and law shield ended up having to tell her to call me back and it took 3 days. I have 15 phone calls every phone call recorded and all the dates. ***** said she submitted the intake form and she lied. Meanwhile my daughter had to call the crisis center and I'm not sure if she's coming back over the weekend as her dad maybe kidnapping her. She is suicidal and I have no one to talk to. Our county is corrupt and police have been told that they cannot help us because of the judge. I'm not sure what's going on but I called last month and I've never experienced this before. I'm going to report this to the attorney general and the *********************. Sure I want my money back but for what, one month? Three? They are a scam for $19. I couldn't even ask a question!! They guaranteed my 4th 5th and 6th amendment rights. Lawsuit? This experience has been beyond disgusting, perverse, vile, evil, destructive and unnecessary. My children deserve better, no one should have to go through this.

Multiple attempts were made to obtain the information necessary to assist Ms. **** via email and phone.
    In an effort to resolve the situation amicably and ensure her satisfaction, we have also processed a full refund of $109.80 for her membership. We value our members and always strive to provide the best possible service. Should Ms. **** have any further questions or require additional assistance, we remain available to help.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  

    On 3/20/25, U.S Law shield emailed me that they had refunded me all of my money back from my membership with them. I never asked for a refund. I needed attorney help. Just general questions and reasonable accommodations as I needed assistance with intake assistance which I never had gotten. 

    I received a letter by postal mail on 3 /25/25 dated 3/20/25 that they cancelled my account due to "insured request." I did not cancel. My family and I were in desperate need of help. 

    Over a series of multiple unanswered phone calls from U.S. Law Shield which had generated into me contacting the police over fear that someone was after me and my family and sure enough, my middle daughter ended up getting kidnapped on 2/28/25 by unknown family members and whereabouts. 

    My daughter is still missing, and my 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments were denied based on Law shields false promises and Emergencies Shields policies and all phone numbers provided by them. This was confusing and caused me to waste my time. Unfortunately, while my head was turned calling fraudulent businesses such as U.S. Law Shield, my children were in more trouble than I thought.  

    Between multiple phone calls, working fill time, being ill from covid pneumonia since December 25th, raising three children, never ending custody battles in corrupt  ************, and taking care of an adult disabled daughter, I hope you consider this complaint valid, with merit, and justified even though its passed your due date. I have been a little busy trying to stay safe without help.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against US Law Shield, as referenced in Complaint #********. Despite their advertised 24/7 emergency legal support, my experience over ** separate attempts to obtain urgent assistance for my daughter, ******, has been profoundly disappointing,unprofessional, and in direct violation of the rights their services claim to protect. This failure has not only denied my family critical support but also obstructed my right to pursue my 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendment protections as promised by their services.
    Timeline of Contact Attempts:
    Attempt #1: 2/25/25, 8:45 PM Called ************** to confirm the correct number for my emergency. No clear guidance provided.
    Attempt #2: 2/25/25, 8:51 PM Called the emergency H3****4333430303**935H line *************) and spoke with ****, who assured me an attorney named Will would reach out. No response was received. This was in regards for my middle daughter K.L. and this is a 24-hour hotline for emergency services.
    Attempt #3: 2/26/25, 8:48 AM I called ************ the emergency H3****4333430303**935H phone number again and spoke with an ****** and explain to her I waited for Will and he never called. She transferred me to an ******
    Attempt #4: 2/26/25, 8:58 AM ****** was graciously taking my information the phone hung up on her end. Not sure why they take my phone number when they did not call back.
    Attempt #5: 2/26/25, 4:** PM I called ************ I called H33353838323**5323335H and the person that answered the phone said she's making an attorney call me back and she is telling the attorney in charge of these services that she personally was disappointed and she's speaking to her supervisor and making a report on my behalf
    Attempt #6: 2/26/25, 4:45 PM I believe a ****** had called me back and her phone hung up on me accidentally again, but this person sounded exactly like ******* They never called me back.
    Attempt #7: 2/26/25, 4:51 PM I called back ************ spoke to a ****** and he transferred me after explaining to him what happened at 5:** p.m.
    Attempt #8: 2/26/25, 5:23 PM ****** transferred me to a ***** (attempt #8) somehow I was disconnected and reconnected now calling back for (attempt #9)
    Attempt #9: 2/26/25, 5:48PM speaking with ***** again. This time it sounded promising.
    Attempt #**: 2/26/25, between 8:00-**:00 PM I received a phone call from the attorney's office from a ******. The most impolite woman I've ever spoken with in my life. She would not do my intake because she couldn't understand my inquiry or how to go about this intake.
    Attempt #**: 2/27/25, 3:04 PM I had called ************ H3332383**23234393934H because I gave an attorney plenty of time to call me back and they did not. This has been an emergency now for 2 days. ******** who had answered this time called emergency H3****4333430303**935H line for me herself and told me she will follow up with me the next day if an attorney hasn't called me back by this day or the next morning.
    Attempt #**: 2/27/25, afternoon ******** had called me back but I was at the doctor's office and she was following up just to check in on me to see if anybody had called me back and I told her they had not. She was very kind.
    Attempt #**: 2/27/25, 2:57 PM I called H32393******936323936H again when I came back from the doctors and I am so upset I wasn't waiting any longer to let them call. I spoke to ******** and she's looking at notes ASAP and I told her I'm disgusted and I'm appalled at their services. They are very kind but it's not their job to babysit the attorneys. It's been days.
    Attempt #**: 2/27/25, 3:47 PM ******** called back and she said that H33353838323**5323335H needs me to do another intake and she transferred me to them at ***************************** services and I am not even kidding they hung up on me again!!!!! And I can't even make this up it sent me to a survey.

    Attempt #**: 2/27/25, 4:02 PM At this point I'm not even holding my breath or getting my hopes up. Somehow, they get ahold of ***** again at ****** and ****** services. ***** promises that someone will be contacting me. They never do. Never. I have no missed calls, and my phone is always with me. as you can see there has been zero resolutions and my daughter has been kidnapped since February 28th, and she has yet to be home safely. I hope no one will go through this ever again and this is why I'm taking the time to do this. It's not wasted time if it's saving lives. That was my baby. I have three children, and we deserve protection. You can tell that we're innocent because you haven't even heard any apologies from any of them, not even for what we've gone through. Who can't empathize when they hear someone's child has been kidnapped but yet says " we've made multiple attempts to call Ms. ***** The other people that answered the phone were very kind. No one at ****** and ********.
    Summary of Issues:
    Failure to Uphold Constitutional Protections: Denied the ability to pursue 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendment rights as promised by their services.
    Inconsistent and Incomplete Follow-Through: Despite repeated promises, no attorney ever reached out to address my urgent situation.
    Call Disconnections and Lack of Follow-Up: Multiple representatives failed to reconnect after calls were dropped, wasting precious time during a critical situation.
    Unprofessional Conduct: Tammies attitude was dismissive, lacking the empathy and professionalism one should expect in such dire circumstances.
    Failure to Provide 24/7 Support as Advertised: The companys claims of around-the-clock protection clearly did not hold up under pressure.
    Impact:
    My daughter has been missing since February 28th, and the lack of timely,compassionate support from US Law Shield has left my family without the critical protection we trusted this service to provide. This is not just a lapse in customer service but a deeply concerning failure of duty to a family in crisis.
    Resolution Requested:
    I expect a thorough investigation into this matter, a formal apology, and immediate corrective action to ensure no other family endures the same heartbreak and frustration. If not a thorough investigation then just the truth be out there that this is not a legit process but fraud at its best. I am here to exercise my first amendment and hopes that others do not go down this road because human life matters and should not be disregarded. Do not listen to their rebuttal as there are apps out there to show that they can possibly try reaching you but instead makes your phone go straight to voicemail to try to show to the courts "look I tried calling and she did not answer" but the truth is they really didn't call or try. Its a tool to get around their system so they can try to win when you say " no they never tried calling" as if they have some sort of receipt. This was brought to our attention in my career so I am making others aware that technology is not always on our side.

    US LawShield, along with our partnered law firm, made multiple good-faith attempts to complete the necessary intake process so that our services could be rendered. This intake is a standard procedure required to ensure that an attorney can properly evaluate and assist with a members situation.
    We understand and regret that Ms. **** feels her expectations were not met. However, we must emphasize that our ability to assist was limited by the repeated inability to successfully complete a standard and required legal intakeeven after extensive coordination and follow-up.

    Unfortunately, US Law Firms/Emergency Shields lack of integrity shows and they did not provide receipts. I provided dates, times, and I even have recorded phone calls. What have they shown but an essay? I represent the people; they represent a broken judicial system that protects themselves and not to those in need. 

    You failed U.S. Law Shield. 

    If you cannot accommodate the disabled, the elderly, or even comprehend normal conversation, you failed before you even started your business. 

    Facts don't care about feelings and pseudo empathy is easily discerned and therefore disregarded.

    My credit card has been charged ****** for at least the past 2 years and has a current charge for 2024. I took a carry permit class in 2018 and I think I may have signed up for the insurance initially but quit carrying and no longer had a need for the insurance. If I had received and annual notice(which I HAVE NOT) I would have cancelled it at that time. I have been remiss about not checking the charges on the . card they are using. I might have not caught it this time if it hadn't been that that particular has had a zero balance for several months and all of a sudden there's a charge that I did not recognize or authorize. When I checked with the card company they said it appeared to be a recurring charge so then I began checking further and found that to be true for 2022, 2023, and now 2024. The card company hasn't allowed me to check back further so I have no idea how much further back these charges appear. I was going to pay the current charge but then cancelled the payment and tried to contact the company but when I tried to log into their. site I GOT NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I'd greatly appreciate any help you can provide. I have requested a dispute with the card company

    I called prior to the new year renewal and received the runaround on how great they are and when i wanted to cancel no-one was available to help me. After I saw the charge hit I called back and once again the cancelation team was unable to help me but magically the nice woman who ansewerd the phone was then able to cancel my memborship. However they only refunded $120.45 and stated they have no history of any of my calls or requests to cancel prior to the new year.

    Last year I took a course to obtain my concealed weapons carry license. During the course and after a hard sell, I reluctantly paid for a one year subscription. Then a few weeks ago, I started receiving emails indicating that payment was needed or my account would be canceled. Thinking that it would be canceled, I didn't respond. Then a few days ago, I received a call from, Vince ******. I think that was the name. I couldn't hear the message clearly. Anyway, he said that I needed to call and make payment or my subscription would be canceled. Again thinking that no call would cancel my subscription, I did not respond. Then a few days later, I received a text from my bank card stating that a payment of $166.00 had been made to Texas Law Shield. I did not authorize the payment and it was done without my consent. I would like a refund ASAP!
