- All purchases have a 14 day return period and will be referred tot he manufacturer after. If a downpayment is made for a project and the project is canceled a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping charges will be charged for returning the equipment. If the project is canceled before the parts are ordered the full amount of the deposit will be refunded to the client. If any hardware is found to be defective Re-Mark will make every effort get a replaced as soon as possible subject to any delays in shipping or availability of parts. Any hardware or wiring found to be damaged due to the actions of a 3rd party will be excluded from any part and labor warranties Re-Mark may have provided.
