      The entire staff was fantastic. Even when you csll the people are so polite. The only thing I would complain about Is the food or lack of. For some unknown reason I was on a bariactric diet. Whenever I was given food it was terrible.

      I have been a patient at the Methodist Hospital since 12/2019. I never had issues with my care, until now. I was admitted on 9/28/2024 and I always get the same cardiologist, Dr. Nadim *****. I have never had an issue with him he has been the most professional ever. I was discharged a week later and was told to follow up with him in about a week. I called the office to make an appointment and the office manager Nouha, started rambling about you have a bill you needed to pay and can you pay 200. I stated that I lost my job due to the illness at hand. Now all interactions with Dr. ***** have been in an inpatient setting. I told her I couldn't pay 200 but I would pay what I have. This is one of the most rudest office managers I have ever encountered. This is my first time being In situation where I didn't have insurance. Now, I understand when you don't have insurance how you are treated differently. Believe me there is a difference. If u want to be harassed, disrespected and being treated like your nothing, then go see Nouha in Dr. *****s's office.

      Cardiologist came in and said he didn’t have time for me. Nurses came in again with no medications. Lost 1/3 of my meal again. Nobody knows what the other person is doing. Wish media could come and see for themselves and speak with me.

      I have found their follow up services terrible. Have been sent numerous notifications to do follow up mammogram only to be told every time I call that the radiologist will schedule it in 1-2 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. Either it is a priority or it is not. They seem to have no issues to sending me out the reminders to call and book appointment?

      This organization employs Dr's but they have no clue what insurances the Dr's are in-network with. They use the ******* app. They know your insurance and tell you through the app what the co-pay is to see this dr. Then the Dr's front desk (a Methodist stand alone clinic) tells you your co-pay. Then you get billed the full cost of the visit and come to find out the dr is out of network. Then to throw salt in the wound they say you owe the full amount and do not even give you credit for the co-pay you paid. If they can't keep track of their own doctors insurances they accept how are they going to keep track of your delicate health records?

      They are harassing me to pay a $20.00 copay for a NP, nurse practitioner, visit which I DO NOT OWE!! 3 TIMES they have notified me. I checked with my ******** *** ****** who says I DO NOT OWE THIS! I have to make multiple calls each
      time! This is VERY STRESSFUL and ILLEGAL!

      I can’t believe! I’m still in shock.
      I went to the emergency room in this hospital in August this year cause I have high fever and headaches due to the kidney infection that I was having at the moment. So, went I arrived there; the nurse took me to a nice room very comfortable, did some tests on me, they gave me medication intravenously to lower the high fever, in general I was there only for 3 hours from 6:00 Am to 9:00 am. The horrible thing is when they send me the BILL! They charged me only for those 3 hours that I was there almost “$12,000.00” to me that it’s a BIG ABUSE.
      And I already told my husband I never ever want to put any foot on this fucking hospital.

      I was recently at the Kirby Location.
      Most of the staff was good. There was a night person who did my EKG who was so rude to me and acted like she was mad because I had a port. I was crying and told me to stop it.
      The Nurse Practitioner was great but I felt like it was get her out of here.
      No promises kept
      I will not be going back.
      I'm having surgery at another hospital.

      Go anywhere but here. Their billing practice is ATROCIOUS. They send me a bill every couple of months for the same service.
      I spoke to the customer service and they tell me to talk to my insurance company, '
      The tests they ran were performed in Pearland,
      They initially coded the billing as a pacemaker install....this was not true.
      They charged me 1500 for an angiogram. The average price for this sercvice in Houston is 600.
      Run away from Houston Methodist. Fast

      A staff from the office of Dr ***** ******* in Houston Methodist Clear Lake went against the rules and got a married patients phone number and texted the patient. There was messages interchanged and went to the extent of asking the patient for money for lunch/ gas etc. I was told by the manager Sonya that this staff Marlene ***** ******* was fired but I believe she was just moved to another location of theirs in Houston.
