"They undersize their ac units their own ac contractor that installs them in the home says they recommend a bigger size and khov will not make it right to the home builder they say they recommend for it to be at 74 degrees when we close we have to sign that paperwork but they put it that way saying thats for mold and moisture warranties everyone assumes like a normal person would that thats just warranty bs and the ac will be able to go to a comfortable temperature for your family WRONG our new neighborhood with $500k-$700k homes cant even get their house to go under 75 degrees because of them undersizing our ac units." ... "To be honest not a fan of Khovnanian. When I moved in a month later they had to fix my bathroom because they had forgot to put a rubber liner between the tile and wood causing water from the shower to leak out of said wall." ... Read full review
