    Pattern of Complaint:

    Since June 2020, the BBB Houston began receiving several complaints that are exhibiting the following patterns.

    Complaints/Reviews allege poor or incorrect installation resulting in multiple trips to have items fixed.  Some consumers are alleging damage is being done to their property/home.  Consumers are also siting when trying to reach the company, their phone calls, emails, or texts are not being returned.  Long delays in having warranty work done.   New A/C units are having issues/failing within days to months after being installed. Customer reviewers warn others to check the part numbers of the parts that should be installed versus the parts that are installed.

    In more recent complaint from August 2023, consumers allege, the company will “.. suck you in with a smooth-talking sales rep then they pay for the first month of the unit "to help" but once they are paid, they will block you ignore your calls not call back and not fix a thing. Their president tells them take their review down, you better put something in an email that says the system is fixed and then yells and hangs up the phone this is beyond the scope of a normal human being.

    At this time, the company has multiple resolving complaints.

      In August of this year (during the heat wave) my daughter and I returned to the home we shared with my father at the time who was in the hospital/skilled nursing to no AC. He recently had the unit replaced which he (my father financed) within the last year at the time. Due to the hectic schedules thank goodness we had window units because I was told someone had to be present for the repair person to come to the house. On day that the repair person was to come we canceled because of a situation with his my fathers situation) and no one would be home. No one in the office told the tech who called my daughter and she advised we had called and no one would be home. The ac started to work again so we called and were told that we could call back when it acted up again so they kept the 195.00 paid to them in 8/29/23. We were advised that the drip pan may get full and cause the issue of the ac not working and to contact the tech that called my daughter (per this specific tech). Now my father has died, I lost three rabbits valued at 1500 in one day and they claim someone made an adjustment outside of the home and I have no heat! I have attached copies and I am perplexed why if someone had to be home and no one was home why they would a) enter someone's property when I was advised I had to be there, b) why this invoice does not have a date much less a signature and well it is just over all suspicious. Now I struggle to find footing I am paying for an $8000 dollar ac unit that does not work, it has caused animals to die and now "all of the sudden there is an invoice and I am expected to pay again". I have attached all the communication I have the receipt and invoice. I would just love for it to be fixed and move forward.

      This is a company that shouldn't be in business. My air conditioned stopped functioning today. The thermostat is not working and doesn't have the option to replace a battery. I called have someone come out and look at my unit only to find out that my 10 year warranty was cancelled. I was told that because I did not have maintenance done on my unit my warranty was voided. What maintenance? I never received any communication that it was necessary to have someone come out to have maintenance done to my unit, either via mail or email. My unit was installed 11/2022. It hasn't even been a full two years yet! I would have to pay $399 to get the warranty reinstated. This company has a horrible business practice. The contact that I signed had one price, but after the unit was installed, I received mail stating and entirely different price. Buyers beware.

      The contract that you signed contains information on the maintenance. You are required to call in to schedule annual maintenance, as you are required to take your car in to prolong the life. Please contact a member of management should you still have concerns.
