    Warning*** Do not order products from AB! I believe fascia blasting is good for us and have seen visible results with my generic tools that I have ordered through ******. I have referred many people to this group and supported the teachings. Unfortunately the 2 times I have ordered tools directly from AB they have broken within a very short time. 1st the face set and the handle cracked up by where the heads change out. I went ahead and ate the $10 shipping to have another one sent to me because "that's their policy". I have continued to use the tool and the handle is fine but within 6 months the claw head is falling out and I have seen other people say they glued theirs. 2nd the BLASTER BAND! October and it was my only Christmas present from my husband. Received in December and after only a couple of months the heads started popping out and you can clearly see crack marks. I have spent months since then going through customer service process submitting pictures etc and have again been told that "policy" is that I eat shipping. Pay for shipping to get item in the first place and for a replacement pay $35 to have the replacement shipped and/or pay another $35 to return the product to them for a return. Either way, you do not get a refund on original shipping so I will have paid $70 for no product if I return it. I have spent months being reasonable and expressing the unethical "policy" when the product is clearly DEFECTIVE to no avail. ** is manufacturing subpar quality and charging customers way more than competitors for similar products and not standing behind their products. The blaster bar (generic) from ****** has held up beautifully. Attached are pics of the DEFECTIVE band. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company at this time and requesting they recoup the $.

    Ashley Black company is very unprofessional. I had order the mini paddle blaster, used it for a week and it broke, went through the exchange process covered under the warranty and received a replacement only for that one to break a week later as well. Today I am at the point where I do not want this product as to it seems to be poorly made and they advertise the product as being very durable. ************* can do absolutely nothing for you and they dont care. Upon wanting my refund after dealing with two broken paddles they want me to pay to ship it back. Its not like Im returning because I dont like it! I am returning because of it being poorly made and two replacements later, still no luck. I refuse to give any more money to this company. They also said I could exchange for a new item and when I said Im and picked the item because they said I could choose, they wanted ***** to exchange and the best thing is the new item is an old out dated item.HEAR ME OUT AND DO MOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY! ****** has the same product for *****, order through them!

    Absolute scam. Dont buy!!! I purchased the mini paddle blaster and used it once right away to ensure I liked it. I then went on a several week vacation and when I returned I used it and a claw fractured off on my leg and the next swipe, another one fractured off. I contacted customer service and they sent me instructions on how to file a report of defect. Lets just say it was ridiculously extensive-3 photos, pic of serial number etc. the breakage report is 3 pts long! You would think the thing cost $10,000 rather than $68. Then after waiting for response, (you cant reach a person by phone), I was told I qualified for a replacement but have to pay $28.82 for S&H for new one! What??? I see on ****** multiple complaints about the same product with photos matching mine so they know this is an issue and want to extort money to cover their costs. Disgusting.

    The problem I have with the company is that they do not stand behind their products. They make their so called "Blaster" out of extremely brittle plastic. Go figure? Drop them on your bathroom floor and they break. Almost guaranteed.OK, well accidents happen but guess what? They make you go through a long process to "report" the breakage (they even want photos!) and then they say tough luck but will sell you another overpriced piece of plastic at a 25% discount. I drop my $1000 cell phone occasionally and it doesn't break but I guess Ms. ********************** can't even manufacture a solid piece of plastic that will handle a 3 foot tumble in the bathroom..I write columns for my local newspaper on consumer goods and Ashley will get an earful. ***

    Our FasciaBlaster tools are made with high-quality materials designed for their intended use. While they are durable, like many personal care and fitness tools, they are not impact-resistant and can break if dropped on hard surfaces. This is why we recommend handling them with care.

    We do have a Breakage Policy in place to ensure fairness for all customers. Unfortunately, accidental damage, including drops, is not covered under our replacement policy. However, to assist in such cases, we offer a courtesy discount on a replacement tool, which we extended to you.

    I think their products are excellent however their customer service is some of the worst in the industry. I have had my order lost in transit with abysmal customer service response to my inquiries. Item was shipped to the correct location then for some reason returned back to somewhere in the Midwest and weeks later it is still showing 'in transit.' When I then asked that a new item be shipped and expedited, I have heard no response. They will be reported to the Better Businesss Bureau. But wait, they are NOT accredited through the BBB so I can't report them. It's too bad since I work in the trade and will NOT be recommending their awesome products due to their terrible customer service. I will be certain to let everyone I work with in the trade to avoid this product and company UNLESS they remedy this situation. Apparently I am not alone. So incredibly frustrating.
    I will email once again in an attempt to get them to re-send the product again but I am not optimistic. I just wasted quite a bit of money.

    I ordered the Fascia blaster. They never sent the blaster and when I requested a refund since it was never sent. They then sent the product after I asked for a refund since it was never sent. I sent a few emails requesting. It then arrived and I had to send about 6 emails to get a label to return. I returned the product and never got my money back. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they are currently investigating this matter. I requested the tracking ID from Ashley Black and they will not respond to any of my emails. Do NOT order from this SCAM company!!!

    I am deeply invested in my overall health and wellness, I was excited to try out Ashley Black's lineup of personal fascia tools. However, my experience left much to be desired, and I regretfully cannot recommend their products.
    I received my package and I discovered that I did not receive three of the tools offered in the bundle that ordered. I was missing: 1) the extenders 2) the mini blaster 3) the savage blaster (which is the primary reason for my order).
    Discovering the missing items, I contacted their customer service department via email. Rather than offering an apology for the oversight, their response email requested photographic evidence of the items I did receive. This response felt accusatory, as if questioning my honesty and integrity, despite the error originating from their end.
    Upon informing them of my intention to return the entire package, I was shocked to learn that I could only return certain items but not the facial masks, satin pillowcase, and satin bag. This refusal seemed unjustified, considering the inconvenience caused by their mistake.
    Seeking clarity, I requested the verbiage from their return policy that supported this, but the representative was unable to provide that information. This lack of transparency only exacerbated my frustration, as it appeared they were attempting to avoid accountability for their misleading policies.
    Now I am faced with forfeiting my hard-earned money for items I have no use for, and I am outraged by the company's lack of responsibility and disregard for customer satisfaction. Such disregard for integrity and fairness is deeply disappointing and has left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.
    Overall, my experience with Ashley Black was incredibly disappointing. From my missing products to their lackluster customer service, I have no confidence in this company or their products. Please save your money and seek another company that truly values their customers and customer satisfaction.

    Don’t fall for this. I got my first blaster back when she started this. Did it for months. But got lazy and stopped. But I noticed a year later my skin just was looking bad. And she came out with even more tools. So I bought more and really started to use them! Now a year later MY SKIN OF THIGHS IS RUINED! My skin almost appears detached from tissue underneath. I’m in my 50’s and skin looks like over 90 years old. I now have horrible lymphedema and swelling and must wear medical compression socks and leggings to help with the fluid retention because my lymph vessels were so badly damaged. My skin will never be the same. I don’t even want to wear shorts around people. I thought I did my research but I never found any negatives so I thought ok. Little did I know there were thousands like me suffering from these tools as well and now I must live with the damage done by these tools.

While we offer extensive resources, including tutorials, guides, and customer support, we also emphasize the importance of individual responsibility in following these instructions.



    Regarding Ms. ********** specific concerns, we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy for the difficulties she has encountered. However, we must clarify that her experience, as described, is not typical of the vast majority of our customers. The symptoms she mentions, such as skin detachment and lymphedema, are not associated with proper use of the FasciaBlaster. Also, Ms. ********** says she has been a client since inception and bought more than one. However, Ms. ********** has only been a client of ours for 10 months and has only ever bought a Mini Paddle. There is zero chance that that the tool bought is able to do any harm as described by Ms. Isabelli's. 



    Furthermore, it's important to address the context in which this complaint has arisen. Ms. Isabelli is known to be associated with a group that actively campaigns against our brand, seeking to damage our reputation through false reviews and harassment of our customers. Despite our commitment to open communication and support, she has chosen not to engage with us directly to address her concerns. My assumption is she joined the hate group and then decided to slander and post on an open forum. 



    We remain committed to assisting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products. Had Ms. ******** reached out to us for assistance, we would have gladly provided guidance and support to address any issues she encountered.



    In conclusion, while we regret any negative experiences our customers may have, we stand behind the safety and efficacy of our products. We remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of customer care and product quality.
