      Don’t fall for this. I got my first blaster back when she started this. Did it for months. But got lazy and stopped. But I noticed a year later my skin just was looking bad. And she came out with even more tools. So I bought more and really started to use them! Now a year later MY SKIN OF THIGHS IS RUINED! My skin almost appears detached from tissue underneath. I’m in my 50’s and skin looks like over 90 years old. I now have horrible lymphedema and swelling and must wear medical compression socks and leggings to help with the fluid retention because my lymph vessels were so badly damaged. My skin will never be the same. I don’t even want to wear shorts around people. I thought I did my research but I never found any negatives so I thought ok. Little did I know there were thousands like me suffering from these tools as well and now I must live with the damage done by these tools.

      First and foremost, we are deeply saddened to hear about Ms. ********** negative experience and the challenges she has faced. Our goal at Ashley Black has always been to provide products that promote wellness and self-care in a safe and effective manner. 

      It's important to note that the FasciaBlaster is designed to be used responsibly and in accordance with our provided guidelines. We understand that any wellness regimen must be approached with care and consistency. While we offer extensive resources, including tutorials, guides, and customer support, we also emphasize the importance of individual responsibility in following these instructions.

      Regarding Ms. ********** specific concerns, we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy for the difficulties she has encountered. However, we must clarify that her experience, as described, is not typical of the vast majority of our customers. The symptoms she mentions, such as skin detachment and lymphedema, are not associated with proper use of the FasciaBlaster. Also, Ms. ********** says she has been a client since inception and bought more than one. However, Ms. ********** has only been a client of ours for 10 months and has only ever bought a Mini Paddle. There is zero chance that that the tool bought is able to do any harm as described by Ms. Isabelli's. 

      Furthermore, it's important to address the context in which this complaint has arisen. Ms. Isabelli is known to be associated with a group that actively campaigns against our brand, seeking to damage our reputation through false reviews and harassment of our customers. Despite our commitment to open communication and support, she has chosen not to engage with us directly to address her concerns. My assumption is she joined the hate group and then decided to slander and post on an open forum. 

      We remain committed to assisting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products. Had Ms. ******** reached out to us for assistance, we would have gladly provided guidance and support to address any issues she encountered.

      In conclusion, while we regret any negative experiences our customers may have, we stand behind the safety and efficacy of our products. We remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of customer care and product quality.

      I purchased the stick in 2015 when Ashley was fit and in the beginnings of the company. She preached to blast hard and encouraged the bruising of all the areas where cellulite or fat accumulated to “carve out the muscles.” Little did I know she did not have any certifications or formal education of any kind as she advertised. I sent photos of my legs and she personally responded to continue the blasting as hard as I could tolerate & not to worry about the bruising which she said would get worse before it got better and was my bodies way of getting rid of the cellulite. My bruises were so bad I could no longer go out into public places without someone staring or questioning if I was okay. After using the product regularly on my entire body (yes, my arms, torso, hips, legs and even feet and ankles) for approximately four months without any improvement, I decided to give my body a rest. Within two months, I began developing all sorts of symptoms and scheduled Dr appointment whom ordered bloodwork. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, early menopause, Morton’s neuromas, and began work up for serious stomach pain. Years later I learned of other women who had used the blaster and the commonality of our symptoms. I wish I would have never been so vain to have ordered something so ridiculous without further checking her credentials. I did find out later the original products were made with bpa so I am hoping I do not have long term issues as a result of blasting with this chemical. I also learned through the years her philosophy changed on blasting techniques and no longer teaches to blast as aggressively so hopefully not as many people will suffer. I take full responsibility for my ignorance but would like to warn others to do your homework. The FB page deletes ALL negative comments immediately and will block anyone from their page who comments negatively. This speaks volumes of a company that will intentionally censor their users.

      i did not get the the product i ordered in my kit. Three days later, they finally ask for picture of what was received, but out of the box? When i reached out that they had a sale and all the pieces in the kit were about $50 cheaper if purchased separately... crickets! They have the WORST customer service i've every dealt with. You need the What's App to call them and they ignore emails on a continual basis. I wish i never purchased a **** thing from this company. Terrible... while she's sitting back collecting tons of money. i have been emailing them weeks trying to get this resolved. terrible

      The paddleblastwr fell apart within a year, and I barely used it because it made my pain worse. When I contacted them to let them know it was faulty…and sending photos… the exhaustingly sweet but unhelpful emails began. They give you the run around. I ask direct questions and get vague answers and I’m tired and in pain. They offered to send me a less valuable version I mentioned I’d be open to an exchange but I have to pay $35 shipping and I will have the less valuable product, which I know will fall apart like the last one, so I said I’d rather a refund and I asked if I’d have to pay for the return fees. She was overly sweet..but didn’t answer my question directly. They sent me a link to their terms but the page didn’t even contain the answer to my question. I had to hunt for it myself. Basically I need to send them the faulty product… and being that I’m in Australia, it’s not cheap. I also noticed that there’s a 30 day faulty warranty. 30 days!!!!! That tells me a lot. After that.. they call it a breakage warrranty. Trust me. It will fall apart in your hands. Their marketing it the reason for their success. That’s it. My physio who is a fascia specialist told me not to use it, anyway. So now I don’t plan to

      Ordered item 12/18/23 as a gift to be sent direct to recipient in another state. Item never delivered. Carrier says it was delivered but item never arrived. Ashley Black refusing to refund my money and to replace without further charge to me. Cannot be reached by phone. Very frustrating. I am sorry I ever placed order.

      Buyer Beware! These product on apparently non-refundable. After buying a holiday kit promoted on their website, my wife wanted to exchange some of her gift for additional products -- but the company will not allow returns - the best they offered was a discount on the additional products she wanted.

      Massive fight to get reimbursed by this company. In my opinion very unsavory business practices and sales and return policies that should be deemed illegal. My advice: don't buy in the first place. Call your bank or credit card company and let them handle your refund.

      The company is horrible. I purchased a product and immediately requested a return and refund. They only contact you through email. And you wait, wait some more and hope they write you back. AWFUL customer service, just awful. I would steer clear of this business. It is very sketchy and the fact that I’m taking time out of my busy life to write this review speaks volumes. I have not gotten my money back, they have received my return and I’m getting jerked around. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

      This company’s “customer service” is a joke. I signed up for SMS text messages with the promise of a coupon code to receive a $20 discount on one of their products, bringing the price down to $59. I proceeded with my online purchase, entered my information, entered the discount code and saw the price reduce to $59. When I hit the button to finalize my purchase the screen showing my completed order information had the price of the item back up to $79 (the discount disappeared). I immediately emailed their customer service to have this corrected, or cancel my order. I did not get a reply from them until 4 days later saying they would look into it. The next time I heard from them was two days later, after the product had shipped, saying they would give me a gift card from their company for the $20. I immediately replied back saying I would like a price adjustment credited back to my credit card for the $20. A gift card from their company is of no use to mead after this experience I will not be ordering from them again. I can say this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. All they want is your money and then they could care less about you. Buyer beware - their special offers are classic bait and switch.

      Bruised me horribly. This was back in the day when women in the fasciablaster ******** groups used to proudly flaunt their bruises. You were told to go hard or go home. Well, that tune changed when some of the lawsuits started, but I ended up with weird marks on my legs. Also crepey skin that looks awful. Did it help with sore muscles and pain? I don't know. I wanted to believe so hard. Don't spend your money on this and definitely don't wreck your skin.
