    **************** is lacking. I have received some lights from them in the past with no issues. I had a light go out so I ordered another set. I bought and paid for them just like I did the first time. When I received them it was the wrong lights. No phone number to contact them the number on the website doesn't go to them. I emailed them and let them know the issue and then they made me pay postage to return the lights that they sent me that are not for my vehicle. Sent them back and emailed the tracking information. Then waited a week and a half with no response from them so I emailed them again and they asked for the tracking number again. so I sent to. they got back to me and said they received it and would ship out the correct lights. Mind you i sent them a Picture of the correct light as they requested from me before. When i received the lights and went to install they again sent the incorrect light. I have emailed them twice and no one is responding either email or a phone call back like I requested. I just want the lights like i received before with no issues. Very Bad Customer Service.

    I ordered some parts from this site. When recieved the quality of the product was not what I saw in the picture I ordered from. I contacted them via email and said how do I return them. The website says money back guarantee, I was told sorry we do not due returns and they keep avoiding the problem. I suggest you don't buy from this site. What you recieve is not how it's pictured

    Not a good company to deal with. The products appeared to be defective. Never able to speak to a live human being. The phone number listed is always busy with the recording. Attempt to get a return shipping label to send back products. Never hear a response from the request PERIOD Any and all phone numbers that they list as contacts are never answered only by a machine. would not recommend buying any products from this company.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!Order headlights 5/6/23. After two weeks I contacted them inquiring about the delay, they assured me that they would be here soon. After many emails they gave me tracking information saying that the items were in my home city. They were not. Then they said there was a problems at the warehouse. I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund processed. They ignored that request and shipped additional items that arrived on or about 6/24/23. The order was wrong. I have once again requested return information and a refund which they refuse to supply. On 7/6/23 they have informed me that another shipment is in route inspite of my insistence not to.

    I ordered a set of 3 pairs of lights for my wife's car, low-beam, high-beam, & fog lights. The low-beams were the only ones that fit the application & do give good light. The high-beam bulbs do not fit the alignment pins in the socket nor have the proper electrical connection. The fog lights are too large to fit into the socket. Also, there were no installation instructions with any of the 3 pairs of bulbs I was sent.

    Immediately after receiving them, I notified them of the discrepancy. They only referred me to their listing for my vehicle, indicating that what I was sent was proper.

    After some medical issues & inclimate weather, I was finally able to remove the headlight fixtures from the car in another attempt to install them. Still no fit. Carifex requested that I send photos of the old bulb, the new bulb, & sockets, which I did. I was then told that my claim was beyond their 30-day return policy & they would do nothing to correct the issue.

    With some Dremel work & some soldering, I can probably make them fit, but I shouldn't have to. I should have been sent the proper fitting bulbs to start with.

    From the time I initially ordered the bulbs, the listing in Carifex's reference changed for the fog lights so, they are supposed to be sending me the correct fog lights. I have yet to receive them.

    Poor Quality of a product. I replaced the headlights and the low beam burned out in 2 hours. I also had to wait 3 weeks to receive the product far cry from 3-5 business days).

    I would NOT recommend this product to ANY one.
