Due to a surgery with my hand I was unable to shoot at the range for awhile. In September 2024 while at the range, the ammo I purchased from them malfunctioned and damaged my pistol. The manufacturer of the pistol had to replace the grip module and extractor assembly due to the damage caused by their ammo. The ammo was to have been manufactured to ***** Standards - SAAMI spec refers to the standardized specifications set by the ************* and *********************************** (*****) for ammunition and firearms. Given this issue, the ammo is not safe to use and I have requested a refund from the company. While they initially responded to my email, they have stopped responding entirely.Initial Complaint

On 20 March, 2023 I placed an order for a small ring Mauser barrel kit. The website said the item was in stock at the time. The email containing my order information later came with on ************ an attempt to contact the company for updates on the order fulfillment via email and social media, no responses have been received. The companies newsletter reported that the kits would be shipped out before Christmas of 2023. No email regarding shipping has been received and no order received. The company continues to respond to any emails sent to either of the email addresses posted on the website or other.Mostly, I would like to make sure that this company actually even got the order and for there to be better communication about what's going on. I’d placed an order on 17 September 2023. Payment of $1,376 went through on 18 September 2023. I have a few emails in regards to the order on 19 September, and have not been able to contact the company since then. I have had no response through phone, or E-mail. I’d just like an update on the item I’d ordered, or a response of some kind. Hi,
I place 2 orders with Rhineland Arms one on June 21st and June 25th .. They are fully paid including the shipping ($163 and $183) Since then; I never received any communication from them regarding this 2 orders.
I contacted them 4 times requesting an update .. however, all I got is an automated reply stating that they are very busy and and it will take them longer than usual to answer. I tried to call .. but there is no phone number listed on their website and the number I got from searching online .. is not valid.
I'm willing to wait for these orders to be completed as long as I know that they are coming and I need updates and time-frame to when I will receive my orders.
The lack of communication is really not professional and does not build confidence in their business.

I made an order on Rhineland Arms website May 20, for a tiger maple wood furniture for a gun. The website said it was in stock and would mail out in 4 business days or so. I spent $163.00. After about a week with no email showing my purchase (although the money had been taken out of my bank account for the purchase) or an email showing it has been mailed out, i started to wonder, so i sent them an email. I waited for a response for a week, got no response so i sent another email, and again no response. So i sent a barrage of some 20 emails. I finally get a response but the guy says its out of stock, but says i can get this other stock and it would be sent out asap and i would receive it early that next week. Well i never got an email about it being mailed out and i never received the product. I have since sent around some 30 emails with no reply. I want my money back and just be done with this company. Thats all i want is my money returned since they cant deliver on the product.
