    I ordered from them on March 11th - the product was literally titled "ready to ship" and then it said fulfillment time was 2-4 weeks. The event I needed the order for was March 28th - because that was only 2 weeks I went ahead and messaged her the day of ordering to inquire if it was possible to have it arrive before then. I never received a message back. Last week when the tracking still said "order unfulfilled" I attempted to email her at ******@simplysavannahboutique and I never received a response. Today I found the ** page and I commented on one of the posts that I was having a hard time contacting them - they deleted that comment. I called the number on their ******** - it went straight to voicemail. I have since messaged on Instagram and emailed ****************** I will update if anyone ever gets back to me - but the website says no refunds so I'm not very hopeful that this will be resolved.

    Based on my experience I don’t NOT recommend this company. 6 weeks and still haven’t received my order which I reached out before ordering and was told 2-3. When I inquired “after 6 weeks” where is my order at and at this point I should receive a refund. (She said NO)
    She was very rude and unprofessional! I felt under attack for even inquiring about my spent money.

    Are there any online reviews that can be posted? I placed an order the first week of July, and just received it on 8/31. One of the bag handles is on backwards, and a day after receiving my order finally, I see she’s offering 30% off all items this weekend. I reached out regarding the problem, the long timeframe in waiting for what I ordered, and asked that she honor the coupon considering I received the item on Labor Day weekend. She had all sorts of excuses on how the item was on time, which it wasn’t, and even considering “business days” it was 10 business days late, she directed me to a YouTube video and told me to fix the handle myself, and refused to honor the coupon. I would very much like to post my experience but can’t find anywhere to do it.

    Thank you so much for your order. I’m so sorry, but your order was placed July 8th. It arrived to you within the estimated 30 days (business days only) which was stipulated in the product description and on all the posts of the product. Our Labor Day Sale was only for orders placed and paid this weekend only. We are a small business, not a huge store with big profit margins, you received a 15% discount on the item originally and that was the deal we had going on at the time. You have already RECEIVED your product. Thank you so much for your business!!!

    Simply Savannah Boutique is a fraudulent business. Ordered a dress on May 10th for delivery in July. Never received the product. Contacted the merchant who was combative. I proceeded to dispute the charge with my credit card company. At this point, I received a call from the merchant requesting to cancel the dispute as it has a negative impact on their business. I was assured the dress was being shipped out. I agreed to cancel the dispute. It is now end of August and I still do not have the product I ordered or paid for. Further, the merchant is no longer responding to communication. In addition to this BBB complaint, I will also be filing local police report for Fraud and escalate to attorney generals office.

    Unprofessional, combative behavior, rude and harassment. Owner refuses to take responsibility for her lack of decorum and/or business structure. Her policies are vague on purpose! I ordered two swimsuits in early May and followed up when only one was recieved. She angrily responded that I interrupted her family time then referred me to her vague policy which still didnt help, nor did it explain why one was mailed and not the other. I was beyond the date she'd given. Summer is now over, so I filed a claim with my credit card company explaining the item was never recieved and the owner was unwilling to work with me. Now she's resorted to texting me early morning hours calling me a "scammer". I reported her page and will update Google reviews. This woman is crazy and harassment is a new level low! How is she still in business?? I've taken screen shots and saved her eratic emails because I fear I'll have to get authorities involved. She needs an intervention because this is not normal.

    Again did not show full address. Not only did you steal from my small business you called me several names via text messages after I called you out on scamming me. You have BOTH SWIMSUITS - BOTH SHOW DELIVERED AND YOU FILLED A CHARGEBACK AND KEPT THE SWIMSUITS. THAT IS STEALING. YOU ARE A SCAMMER
    TRACKING DOES NOT LIE!!!!!! You are mad because I called you out on being a thief because that’s what you are. You can’t keep both swimsuits,file an unwarranted chargeback and never return the swimsuits ANYONE on BBB will read this and know YOU SAMMED ME and you probably do it to all small businesses. This was your 1st and only order with me and now I understand why because you are a scammer. Do you think it’s really ok to keep swimsuits and file a chargeback???
    It’s not!!!! Calling me the B word also isn’t going to save your soul from stealing from me

    my order was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago.. it still hasnt even been PACKED (website says it’s awaiting fulfillment). ive reached out numerous times through email, facebook, and the message option on their website over these weeks, NO RESPONSE. will not be ordering from this business after again after this. i know it’s an ETA, but you should still respond to customers when they have questions. dont say “contact us” if you wont respond. don’t buy from here if you want your items in a timely manner and if you want responses.

    ETA is 4 weeks that is an estimated time of arrival. As started on our Website,vip and business page we can not control shipping delays from overseas. I have a paid invoice to supplier and will be attaching that to this unwarranted claim.

    I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Today, I reached out through Facebook and asked about my order. I got a reply that due to a hurricane that shipping had been delayed. I replied back that I had ordered 5 days prior to the hurricane and wanted to know when it would be shipped. I came home from dinner and checked to see if there was a reply and found that I had been blocked from the page. I then checked my email and received a nasty email because I wanted to know when it would be shipped. Letting people know that there is a delay to a hurricane would go a long way, but nothing was sent to me. I am very disappointed in this company and how they handle their customers. I will not do business with them again.

    Customer can’t read eta! It’s 25-30 business days ESTIMATE TIME arrival. ETA MEANS ESTIMATED!!!!!!!!!! She’s at 20 ish business days right now give or take. Packages/bags were suppose to arrive around July 8th week but hurricane beryl hit Houston Texas and I had NO power for 8 days so I stopped all packages from coming in so they wouldn’t be sitting outside while I was GONE F 8 days due to no power. I showed customers screen shots of the bags coming my way plus a big post on my vip page ALL PHOTOS of bags with a long post explaining they are delayed. Next Friday is 29 business days NOT this Friday so her order is in track. ETA also says could be fast or longer depending on if any delays which I had some. If the customer can’t understand we just had a hurricane in Houston and I had NO power for 8 days among other things I can’t help her anymore ! She can post a million BBB claims. It’s not going to change that she’s NOT PAST ETA AS OF RIGHT NOW. IT’S NOT GOING TO CHANGE WE HAD A HURRICANE THAT IS DELAYING EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW! Never in my life seen a customer post a CLAIM over a hurricane hitting my home and I unfortunately have delays in packages right now. Wow - honestly NO WORDS!

    Worst customer service ever! So rude when they didn’t ship the items in the time they said. Items did not arrive even close to the time (ETA) they gave and they could not have been more rude when I asked about it. Wow! I don’t know how this person has a business

    Customer has tracking! Her order shipped. She’s been extremely rude. I explained to her 10x I’m a vacation and I can call post office and handle when I get back from vacation but clearly that wasn’t good enough. I explained to her she can call post office herself but refuses. I am
    NOT post office so o don’t know what delays if any. I’m sure her package is NOT lost.

    So unprofessional. My wife wanted a bag from this company, so before Mother’s Day I decided I’d get it for her. We have ordered from multiple of other small businesses and never once have we came across such an emotionally charged unprofessional person in our lives. The Owner of Simply Savannah is now emailing my wife harassing her over a personal experience my wife shared, and it’s been continuing, she claims she’s going to send our money back after my wife asked before, but now we got an update saying she shipped the bag.
    For a business shipping in the same country, she sure acts like it is out of country.
    She also claims she doesn’t care about reviews from the BBB site.
    TAKE THIS AS A WARNING.
    The only fast shipping this business has is for Clothing only, not all of her products like she advertised.

    HIS WIFE didn’t read ETA estimated time of arrival. I’ll be sending that to BBB as well. WIFE NEEED READ ETA BEFORE ORDERING. YOUR WIFE told me to go get f______ and was cursing at me and I will NOT be talked to like that!!!
    You can get your WHOLE family to file unwarranted claims on my company. Your wife needs to learns manners and to treat people with respect. I will not be CURSED OUT

    THIS WAS MY MESSAGE TO HIS WIFE You've made an unjustified claim on BBB. I won't be spoken to in such a manner. Learn some manners. Because of the cursing and the unwarranted claim, I'll be refunding your order. The ETA was 20-25 days, and my large orders arrived today, with five more packages coming next week. I'll send the refund and a screenshot when I can, on my own time, not yours. That's what you get for disrespecting me and thinking you can treat people however you want. But you can't treat me that way.

    YOUR WIFE WILL NOT STOP EMAILING ME CALLING ME NAMES AMOUNG OTHER THINGS. THREATENING ME SMD MY COMPANY ALL BECAUSE she didn’t read ETA ESTIMATED time arrival. This is my fault. It shows your character being cursed at nonstop

    Beautiful products but bad customer service, I inquired at the end of May 2024 for an order I placed at the end of March 2024. Her response is below and her company story is below that and she is not thankful for my order of almost 100$, unbelievable, does not appreciate her patrons. I would think twice before ordering from here, and take your hard working dollars to another site.
