I have used this company for over 10+ years for all of my garage door services. They were called out in January 2023 and they replaced a spring which cost me $600. Today May 30, 2023 they were called out again about a problem that appeared to be the same as in January 2023. Technician came out and informed me that it was a new problem, and it would cost me $350 but he would repair it for $290. Well, I decided not to repair garage door not wanting to spend almost $1000 within a 5-month period for a garage door. The cost later went to $250 according to the technician since he was there. I spoke to technician regarding just putting the door back on track and closing it. Well now the price is $120. Hmmm... While there he took pictures of the garage door that clearly showed that panel off track. He texted the pictures to me. My tenant called the company and spoke to Mike who informed her that there was a one year warranty and that he would send the technician back out to repair garage door. I later get a call from Edna who works there saying I needed a garage door panel. Hmmm.... The technician that went out never spoke about the need for a garage door panel. but now that Mike says the part is under warranty, I need a new garage door panel. Now I have a big trust issue with this company. If I needed a new garage door panel, would the cost be still $350 or is the company trying to make more money off of me because they thought the part was under warranty. I then called and spoke with Mike who apologized and informed me that the parts that were needed for garage door were not under warranty. Another company came out and repair door and it did not require a new garage door panel.
