Unfortunately this is the only bad review I’ve ever given about a company. We’ve used them on several occasions in the past and only had 1 major issue where they ran over several gates that were completed. This incident was resolved and there were no more issues till today. A few weeks back we dropped of (3) 2x4x24’ long 11 gauge sticks of carbon steel for a custom gate we were fabricating for a project. When my driver picked up the materials he did not check load, only that we had the 3 sticks he had dropped off. Once they were delivered to our shop we noticed a twisted end and a dent in one of the pieces where they had ran over and also hit one of the pieces in the middle with the forklift. So I called and sent pictures and basically got the it’s your fault not ours and we’re not going to do anything for you. I’m now out over 300.00 and now have to purchase another piece and go somewhere else to have it galvanized. So BEWARE of this company and if you choose to use them make sure you take pictures of what your dropping off and have them sign off on it and do the same when picking it up. Now I have to go waste everyone’s time on a dumb lawsuit that could have been resolved very easily. UPDATE: One of my other pieces had 2 huge dents.
