Securranty has failed to deliver a satisfactory replacement for my stolen phone. My pacific blue iPhone 12 Pro was recently stolen. I have an insurance policy in place with this company in which my premium is based on the $1,000 original purchase price. I spoke to a number of people at the company during the process of filing my theft claim and while waiting for it to be approved about the replacement phone I would be receiving. One person said if a phone similar to my stolen phone was not available I would be upgraded to a newer model and that I would receive a new phone. The day my replacement phone shipped I spoke to someone in the shipping area (or so I was told) that told me a new pacific blue iPhone 12 Pro had been shipped. I asked as I needed to get a new case. To my surprise I received a used white and gold phone from a company called adopt-a-phone. Looking at their webpage I noticed that the white and gold phone was selling for roughly $80 less than the pacific blue phone and at $620, well below the $1,000 replacement value. Its obvious that the company found the least expensive replacement option. I have spoken with Securranty about this. On two occasions they promised to look into this and call or email me. They never do. I even offered to keep the phone if they refund my $75 deductible. I don't know what to do. They won't call me back. Thanks for your help
