  This is a horrible company as is their side-kick, Clean Sky Energy. Unbeknownst to me, my plan in Pennsylvania 'expired' and they began charging me 22 cents per kilowatt hour for electricity. This should be illegal and I don't know how it isn't. I cannot be the only one this has happened to. I tried to contact them through their website. Half the buttons and links on their website did not work and each time I tried to call their phone numbers, they would not go through. I searched all over the Internet and finally found a phone number that would connect me to a CS agent. When I called to cancel, the CS person tried to get me to renew with them! This teaches me a good lesson about these companies that are contracted with major electric and gas companies. I will never do this again. Please, will some government agency put this company out of business?

  An absolute scam targeting older adults and people on fixed incomes. Lure you in with cheap rates locked in for the contract length and claim to send a notice to renew. The bill starts to creep up slowly for a few months and then triples or quadruples in cost. Absolutely awful business practices. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they a ripping people off like they are.

  Deceptive business practices. My utilities were somehow transferred to ******** ******. The only notice I received of this transfer was an email I recently found in my junk mail from just over a year ago. Apparently after a year at a fixed rate, ******** they being charging you at a month-to-month market rate, which is basically a blank check for them and I was billed 3x the current electrical rate in my area (amounting to $200+ difference for the month). Their website says that they send notice of the end of the contract period, but I never received any notice from them that this period was expiring, nor do I remember ever even signing a contract with them! I contacted their customer service and they said there is nothing they could do about the rate other than sign me up for 24 month contract at a fixed rate. Their website makes a lot of promises about being "Totally Transparent...we're good folks who offer affordable electric rates-it's that simple" as well as "No gimmicks or gotcha fees here. With a guaranteed fixed rate, you can save year-round on your energy even during the summer." What they don't tell you is they won't tell you when that period is done and you suddenly end up paying hundreds of dollars more for electrical a month. Absolutely outrageous.

  This company is incompetent and fishy at best and a scam at worst. A sales representative came to my apartment complex and told me I would be saving money each month. I was quoted a lower service delivery fee. However, the quoted service fee was 10x higher than that quoted to me and doubled my overall bill. When I called the customer service number on from documents on my account on the website, I was sent to a rewards center. Upon asking for Clean Sky Energy (Titan's DBA), I was greeted by a person who acted as if he had never heard of the company and hung up on me. I was able to retrieve their actual number from my AEP bill. When I called the actual number and told the representative what happened and mentioned that it made the company appear like a scam to me, I was assured that the company was legitimate and told I should have used the phone number provided by a search on Google. When I stated this was a number from a document in my account and on the website, I was met with reiteration that I should use the phone number from a search on Google. It was also implied I confused the number with a number left with me by the representative who came to my apartment. The phone representative appeared to have no idea what document I was referring to when I told her where I got the phone number. Stay clear of this company!
