      Where to start. Much like the rest of the reviews, stay away!
      I should have read the google reviews before signing up with them. Although my time was extremely short with Powernext we paid our bill through auto draft. Well now that its time to send my deposit back their excuse is “we show on your file that it was sent, please allow 24/48hr but it can take up to 14 days to process and since you were on auto-draft your deposit will go back to your account on file, otherwise call your bank.”
      Then the customer service rep puts me on hold and comes back on without knowing where I could clearly hear someone speaking spanish in the back telling her to tell me to check with my bank and get off the phone. Little did she know I too speak spanish and understood what was being discussed.
      Im not an idiot, I asked for a transaction number and they couldn’t find one to give me so they kept saying “get with your bank”… well its past the 14 days and well past the 24-48 and my deposit is no where to be seen. According to many google reviews this is a pattern, where they never return payment or deposits.

      Power Next is a company that I would not recommend to even my worst enemy, and certainly
      would advise you to stay away from this company. They are very difficult to work with, and
      they will drive you to **** and back. Even when they know that they are wrong, they will not admit
      to any wrong doing. Any assistance that you ask for is out of the question, and they will just have
      you go in circles and never coming to any conclusion at all. All these complaints that you read in this section from other customers, are totally true. So, be aware and listen to what others have to
      say about Power Next Energy. They are corrupt to the core, and should not even be allowed to be
      in business, period. Perhaps, that is why even the Better Business does not have much to say about this company. Take this message seriously, because this company is a MESS.

      I recently had the unfortunate experience of signing up with PowerNext as my electricity provider, and I must say it has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning.
      Two days after registering my service, it took an eternity for them to even acknowledge my emails with proof of my new homeowner status. Finally, they confirmed that my service was set up, but the very next day, they inexplicably carried out a work order for the previous homeowner, effectively canceling my service. Which is completely bizarre since the home electric service was now with me the new homeowner: As a result, I moved into my new home without electricity for an entire weekend.
      When I reached out to PowerNext to address this issue, it was a long and painful process. After much back-and-forth and seemingly endless waiting on the phone, they reluctantly admitted their mistake and promised to add a "priority" work order. However, their idea of "priority" was to schedule it for the next business day, which meant I had to endure a powerless home during the weekend.
      This kind of incompetence and indifference to their customers is simply unacceptable. PowerNext's lack of promptness, professionalism, and customer care is beyond disappointing. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice. My experience has shown that this company needs a serious overhaul of its customer service and operational processes. I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

      Paid bill on line in September. Power Next said first time that payment did not go through due to insufficient funds which was incorrect-their system is not working. Paid the same bill again over the phone-then they said they never received payment and sent disconnect notice and tried to charge me fee. Got a statement from my bank showing the payment had already been taken from my account. Now trying to pay October's bill-my password is not working-tried to reset it and no email is ever sent to reset it. Tried to do quick pay and it said the system is not working. Had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone to pay over the phone. VERY disappointed with this energy provider. I have NEVER had trouble with any previous energy provider that I have used.

      Awful! They offer conditions to get you signed up then gradually change and overcharge. Trying to get this resolved for 4 weeks now. Spoke with several agents, supervisors and now a supervisor of the supervisors. All could not care less. Unprofessional and non willing to resolve the issue. I will make this public. Run and find another energy company. You will hardly find a company that is worse

      The company is a scam of a business. You can hardly get hold of any customer service unless you are willing to be on the phone for hours. Then if you talk to a supervisor they promise to solve your issues. They give you info that they don't honor it. Then you keep calling and emailing only to get the runaround. They want to put you on the high rate possible. They won't be in business for long. I just regret ever signing up with them.
