      Infuse Energy, fraudulently overcharged me the last 3 Month by not recognizing the rate as shown in the Plan but instead kept the account on a month to month base and also labeled my accounts as not active for the past 3 month. After paying more than double of the regular Rate I finally switched energy provider and now received a Billing Statement from a company in Dallas for almost $ 500.00 which also includes an early determination fee of $120.00 . I never heard or of that company and they sure enough seem it unnecessary to introduce them self nor explain what this is about. My Guess is that Infuse Energy is out of business and while on the way out anyways .... some customers and make some extra pocket change . This is the end for me to ever becoming a loyal customer to any service provider. I will check around every six month and if I find a better rate for Phone, electric or car insurance I will switch. Being Loyal clearly translates into Being stupid. That’s breach of contract and theft and they will get away with it, as usual. Michael ** ****** Galveston TX

      This company is unethical. I have been a loyal customer for over five years, and suddenly they slap me with a $455.33 bill--more than twice the amount I normally pay. I did not receive information that my promotional period was ending and they refuse to credit me back. Their manager, named Sydney, stated they were within their legal rights to take the money from my account, even though they never made effort to ensure I was aware of the situation. Avoid this company at all costs!

      Their customer service is bad. I've been a customer for nearly two years now, never a missed payment. When I knew that I had insufficient funds in my auto-pay banking account on record with them, I called their customer service BEFORE the due date to pay the bill from another account that I have. The representative indicated that I could pay the bill, but even though there would be a zero balance I would still get an auto-pay bill that I knew would be rejected and have to pay their refused payment fee of $35. Being pissed off at the time, I didn't pay at that time and knew that I would incur the $4.17 late fee. But wait, that's not all, they then immediately sent out a disconnect notice and charged me another $10 for that. Although I think their fee charges are excessive and redundant, I think that their immediate threats to have your power shut off within a week or two are over the top, especially when they have all of your past perfect payment records. Plan pricing is always buyer beware, always verify the facts labels for companies being considered, before purchasing. Facts labels are "designed to be attractive" to the consumer, especially at the 1,000 KWH number, but interest rate breakpoints matter. I have no problems with the Infuse energy pricing plans, which is why I selected my from them in the first place. My problem is with the treatment of their customers.

      Extremely disappointed with this provider. They are charging me for usage after I had moved out. Their customer reps aren't well informed enough about their own policies. 13 months of service and I did not make one late payment. Yet I am being charged for 2 months of service that I did not even use. I was told I do not have to renew my service on a month to month plan, as it would automatically disconnect at the end of a full month. They "investigated" and wasted my time to basically tell me that I owe them 180$. Selfish providers, have no empathy!! WE ARE GOING THROUGH A PANDEMIC FOR GODS SAKE
