    Application process was excellent, however I was thrown off when they told me it would take up to 48 hrs to to install after excepting my deposit, it was explained to me later their process and I was good with it. My service was on the very next day.

    Signed up with Chariot Energy. Started on date I signed up not a week later when I wanted. Asked Chariot to change start date. Canceled and sent me bill for connection fee. Told them I would not pay it. They call me a few days later. Said the got everything worked out. Then 24 ours later disconnected power. Called them. All they say is there is nothing they can do. They finally said they would send ***** a expedited request to get power turned back on. They would get request in 45 min. Called ***** did not get request to turn on power it was 2 hours later. Spending the night in hotel. I have never had so much problems communicating with a company as I have had with Chariot. They tell you one thing then do something else.

    I signed with chariot energy the process was fast the agent answered every question and the process took only minutes it was a pleasant experience with everything upfront regarding the plan look forward to doing business with Chariot

    I recently switched power/electricity companies. I selected Chariot energy because they had the best rates and also they made it so easy to switch. This was such an easy and efficient process. It had always been a nerve-racking event for me before. They made it so easy for me. Thank you chariot energy.

    Chariot Energy is the electric company I use. I am not happy with the way they handle payments. Twice now they have said I did not pay and would shut off service. I sent them a check each time. The first time I paid again online only to find out they did get the check. So I ended paying twice. I sent them a check on January 11 2025 Again they said my account is past due. I tried to talk to customer service rep but got no help. I decided to change my electric company. I have never had this problem before. I always pay my bills on time.

    I used a rate finder tool to pick Chariot Energy, and their website was easy to navigate to finish the transaction. All communications since then have been concise and straightforward. Choosing energy providers is difficult enough, so I appreciate the ease of completing the transaction.
