1 starThis company is definitely a scam giving people false hope, do not apply. They claim you do not meet the requirements but encourage you to keep applying to more “grants” for nothing, stop giving these people your sensitive information because it will hurt you in the long run.Hello Alice

Thank you for your email, Alex,
At Hello Alice, we understand that waiting for grant money can be stressful, and we're here to help clear up any confusion. It's common to confuse our grant programs with universal or entitlement programs, which provide benefits to all eligible applicants. However, our grant programs are different. They are designed to provide financial assistance to businesses that meet specific eligibility requirements based on each program’s goals and objectives.
We receive a large number of applications for each program, and unfortunately, due to a set number of grants, not every applicant will receive funding. However, we work diligently to ensure the selection process is fair and equitable. This process involves several rounds of review, including an initial screening to determine eligibility and an evaluation of the application against the specified judging criteria of the program as stated in the program's Terms and Conditions.
Our grant partners have specific criteria for selecting recipients, such as alignment with the priorities and goals of the grant program, the capacity of the applicant to carry out the project, and the potential impact on the target audience or community.
We want to help you succeed, and we're always here to answer any questions you may have about our programs or the application process. Feel free to reach out anytime at [email protected].
Best,

1 starI would advise people to not apply for Hello Alice grants because it's a waste of time and energy. Every time I apply, I never get selected. Instead, their company market other information to you. It's just a pipe dream to get your hopes up high.

1 starThis is a SCAM. Do not apply. Someone impersonated being a grant writer on Instagram and all she did was try pressuring me into paying her and when I didnt she blocked me however I took screenshots of her page her name is Tracy R, Ceo grant expert on Instagram. She has on glasses and a red jacket in her profile pic. Do your due diligence in researching before giving information away! For anything.Hello Alice

Dear Ty,
Thank you for contacting us. We wish it were under different circumstances, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can hopefully prevent other Hello Alice users from falling victim to this activity from a Hello Alice impersonator.
Do you have any links to the account(s), page(s), group(s), message(s), or other areas where this happened? We would like to file an abuse report with Social networks but want to ensure that we identify the right person or company. Any information you can provide in that regard would be much appreciated. You are welcome to reply to this thread or forward any relevant information directly to [email protected].
You will also want to take the follow action(s):
1) Report the material to Social Network(s) if you have not done so already. This includes posts, chats and direct messages exchanged via a social platform. It imperative that these scammers are reported and their posts/pages/profiles are taken down.
2) If you have exchanged funds with an individual and they have frauded you, it is imperative that you report them to the payment service in which the funds were exchanged on (zelle, venmo, cashapp, paypal, etc.) AND to your financial institution.
3) In addition, you may consider filing a report with your law enforcement agency. For your reference, here is a link to an article on the official USA.gov website with information and resources about reporting online scams: https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds.
Hello Alice was created to give entrepreneurs a platform to navigate the complicated process of building a thriving small business. We established our Enterprise Grant Programs out of a genuine desire to help other entrepreneurs chase their dreams. It is unfortunate to hear that our programs are being exploited in this manner. Please let us know if you have questions or if you encounter any other posts, accounts, pages, or groups like this that reference Hello Alice on Social networks or otherwise.
Finally, please note that Hello Alice does not post about our programs in Facebook groups or non-Hello Alice-controlled websites, and we never charge any fees to process or receive grant funds. No member of the Hello Alice team would ever reach out about a product or service via a direct message on a social platform and all interactions would come via an email from the @helloalice.com domain. We want to help you succeed, and we're always here to answer any questions you may have about our programs or the application process.
Thanks again,

1 starBoy do these people give false hope. I was naive enough to think that once you qualify for a grant, you can just apply and get funded. Sounds easy, right? But I've finally woken up to the harsh reality. These people don't care about small businesses, they only prey on and use them for their personal and financial gain. Notice another reviewer talked about getting calls from other agencies because she applied through this company, and that's the only review they didn't respond to because it's TRUE. That's all their out for. They want your personal info so they can make money off of it. There's no urgency to help. And they just fund random businesses, they don't try to sit and analyze which industries are lacking funding from the ones that aren't. That's simply too much work for them and their little scheme. BEWARE.Hello Alice

It's important to note that the number of applications and the time of application are not factors in our selection process. Additionally, submitting more than one application for a program could harm your chances of receiving a grant. 1 starThis is the perfect data mining operation. For the hope of a small grant(5 to 25 thousand) you are not only giving them absolutely everything about you and your business you are also signing away all your rights to keep all your personal information private. If you were told you could get $25 for giving up the same information you would laugh, but you are doing it for free. This is a data base of personal information that is most likely sold or given to the businesses that toss in some cash. If you want to apply just understand what you are getting into and take your chances.Hello Alice

1 starThis has been the worse grant application process I have ever been through. This is a SCAM. All they kept asking me for was more money and no results. I was given every excuse in the book and was asked to be patient. But every time I messaged about my grant I amount I was suppose to receive it was one lie after another. I have started an investigation into this SCAM. I have every ******** ***** *** ****** names, I have even ping to find out where their located. SCAMMING people seems to be what they do.Hello Alice

1 starI agree with every post about this company. Every reply from them is to check out a list of small businesses who received grant funds and loans from them. I applied for every grant that I qualified for and was denied. Then out of the blue I started getting phone calls and ******* messages offering grant assistance with a "small" fee to start. When I inquired how they got my information, especially my cellphone number, I was told from a grant database. And the only grants I ever applied for where through Hello Alice. Definitely a scam and the reason, I've never logged back into my account with them.Hello Alice

1 starI think I got got. Looks legit but this site is scam with various people offering to get you approved for a grant based solely on business information (name, cell number etc) then attempting to pressure you into an application fee before approved funds can be released. I’ve applied for a few grants and I know there is an application fee. I thought I was using a grant writer to apply for these grants to make things easier for me but it looks like Hello Alice is the platform these scammers use to take advantage of small business owners.Hello Alice

1 starThis site is scam with various people offering to get you approved for a grant based solely on business information (name, cell number etc) then attempting to pressure you into an application fee before approved funds can be release - who would approve a business for a grant based on the business name and phone number? Interesting side note - if you agree to pay the fee they will quickly send you a link but never ask for banking information or an address to send funds to . . . . . .
