Founded by award-winning, board-certified dermatologist Paul M. Friedman, MD, the Dermatology & Laser Surgery Center is a  cosmetic and medical dermatology facility located in the Texas Medical Center. Dr. Friedman is a dermatologist who specializes in the treatment of skin cancer, injectable facial rejuvenation, dermatologic laser surgery, and much more. Our team concentrates on giving you an experience devoted to safe treatment and effective results.

Our dermatologists lead a team of professionals who are dedicated to making your entire experience with us as pleasant as possible. We believe that providing comprehensive care, from your initial consultation through to the recovery process, is essential to ensuring the safest and most effective treatment. The Dermatology & Laser Surgery Center is equipped with the technologies for laser skin resurfacing, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation including 15 laser and light-based devices. Our doctors provide a full range of treatment options for patients who may require medical dermatology procedures such as skin cancer treatment or cosmetic dermatology procedures to address skin imperfections and signs of aging.

Meet Dr. Paul Friedman

Paul Friedman, MD is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is the founder and director of the Dermatology & Laser Surgery Center. A clinical assistant professor of Dermatology at both the University of Texas Medical School and Weill Cornell Medical College, Dr. Friedman is the co-author of Beautiful Skin Revealed™: The Ultimate Guide to Better Skin, a beauty resource dedicated to helping people effectively improve a number of skin conditions. Dr. Friedman also practices at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York®.
