On November 17th 2023 I went in to rent a wheel to get new tires and rims on my car I was driving my car home at 3:00 a.m. on November 19th I was getting on the freeway My front driver side tire flew off of the car I had to leave my car on the freeway cuz I do not have towing on my insurance and I didn't have the money to get it towed It was true I could not call the company to get it towed through them either right now the vehicle is in a city storage facility I have called their corporate office they told me to get in touch with the regional manager or the district manager I've talked to both of them they told me to call the store The store made me feel like it was my fault because they said that I was supposed to ring the car in for a re-torque . Nobody mentioned anything about a re torque the 17th when I left that facility at 6:30 at night . After the Tara came off on the 19th when I finally got a hold of him I've been passed back and forth between our corporate office and their district and regional managers the regional manager told me that I had to get the car out of the city storage for them to be able to inspect it to file an incident report I can to afford to get it out of the storage I feel like it's their responsibility to fix that not mine because if it was done in the right I.
