This company is a joke I really thought they would help us but all we’ve been is harassed every week I ask repeatedly for my lawyer to call us so the inconsistency in the contract can be corrected. But no call we were told our bill was going to collections in august because they rather bully you out of your money and then say if we don’t pay they will sue us… yet my card has been charged for different amounts after I asked for my card to be removed out the system. I was asked if I wanted to make a one time payment for a friend and now every month I’m getting money taken out my card after I told them I’m not liable for the contract until my lawyer calls because 5,000$ was specifically for jury the was never used now my lawyer no longer works there yet I’m being charged from them and it’s also affecting my credit while it’s pending with them I told them it’s illegal to send something to collections while still collecting money from the client which won’t be taken off the original amount it’ll be in they’re pocket funny isn’t it . A law office doing criminal things. Yet still no lawyer still , no contract, and still being charged for nothing I will never trust another one of these lawyers they won’t even allow you to leave reviews. I’m so upset first the court appointed lawyers purposely leaving the inmates in jail for 175$ resets. Or u pay 7000 for a wack lawyer and be scammed. Do right by people the first time. As of today I was charged another 107$ again yet the told me they’re system charged it and it can charge different amounts even when you didn’t give them permission to save your card on file they do and they’re system doesn’t have a specific date it charges either way as they please. people doing multiple jobs in this company the phone is someone’s cell phone Angunett and she’s also the accountant, customer service etc so I had to call two numbers to speak to the same worker. She told me I need to call the client, get him to pay & ill get my refund it’s SCAM.
