          Refund and Exchange Policy

          • You may return unopened merchandise, in its original packaging, to Hy Cite for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. The merchandise must be new and in its original packaging, not opened. Hy Cite will ship a UPS prepaid label for merchandise to be shipped back. After Hy Cite has processed the return, any amounts paid by you will be credited or refunded within 10 days of Hy Cite having received the merchandise.

            Hy Cite Exchange Policy will make an exchange of merchandise if the merchandise is shipped to Hy Cite within 60 calendar days from the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise to Hy Cite.

Any authorized return or exchange must include the merchandise with all its accessories in its original packaging. You, the buyer, assume the risk of loss or damage to the goods during shipping
