  Mr. Miller was referred to us from a previous customer. He came, spoke with us, and explained what needed to be done. He sent us an invoice with itemized information. The items were purchased, delivered, and the work completed. He was always on and kept abreast of what was going on and what was left to be done. Great job by Mr. Miller and his staff.

  I am writing to share our experience with the fence replacement services provided by CHRR Construction following Hurricane Beryl. We hired CHRR to replace our fence, with the understanding that the job would be completed within 2-3 days of the start date on July 20. Unfortunately, as of August 3, the work remains unfinished and we’ve chosen another option. We encountered several issues during this project, including frequent late arrival or not showing up at all without any notification of a change in schedule. The partially completed work is sub-par considering the quoted price was on the higher side of proven longer standing professional companies. Even with the higher price I chose to work with the minority owned company, and was looking forward to a stellar performance. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the company revealed a lack of reliability, coupled with poor communication. This may have been a one off situation, but given this experience, we would not recommend the company to others. I hope this review will help focus the company on the requirements of communication, dependability and the desire to outshine competing businesses.

  I hired CHRR Construction LLC to do my porcelain tile installation. Mike, is very knowledgeable and has a great technique when it comes to putting in ceramic/porcelain floors. He made sure the tiles flowed from room to room, he measured consistently, this allowed him to not waste materials. My floors have a flawless, beautiful transition from room to room. I highly recommend CHRR Construction LLC.

  Mike was absolutely great! We hired him to put in 4 new 20 ft light poles on a cement base. He was vey knowledgeable about the job and did everything within the parameters given to him. Now our parking lot looks a lot brighter!
