Refund and Exchange Policy
CRC refunds up to the full amount of the job (net of discounts and any prior adjustment) on legitimate claims.  Our service is a repair service, so expectations as to outcome should be considered.  There are some jobs that should not have been sold, but we always try to make the customer whole if not happy.  We repair concrete that is already out of  alignment (unlevel or holding water etc.)  the choice is an attempted repair that usually will work or new concrete that may not stay aligned for long.  We do not refund mobilization charges or permits fees.
