ARstrat is attempting to collect more money than us actually due on this account. Also, this account is current and under a payment arrangement. Last payment was taken by **************** on 6/4. There are three payments left. Arstrat also lied to us about their relationship to northwell health. The supervisor said they are not affiliated with each other and Arstrat is an in-house collections group owned solely by ****************. i am tired of being lied to and harassed every monthInitial Complaint

I am getting calls from Arstrat daily and sometimes 2 times a day. I thought this was not legal to do? I don't answer my phone when they call due to them not being BBB business. It's crazy how they do this. I want it to stop and them leave me alone.Initial Complaint

The ARstrat company is making a false claim in their attached letter. They claim I owe $52.02 to Apria healthcare from 11/09/23 and that ARstrat has been assigned to collect the debt. I confirmed on 3/21/25 with Apria healthcare that the only balance in my account was from rental services in February of 2025. I attached my payment receipt for full amount from that rental services. **************** confirmed that there is no debt to my account with Apria healthcare and that Apria healthcare did not assigned any debt for collection to my account.Initial Complaint

Received collections phone call from representative of ARStrat trying to obtain payment for debt with ********************. The bill with ******************** is acknowledge but have received no documentation (digital or physical), representing ARStrat as the debt collector for this bill. February 4th a phone call was made with two representatives requesting statements to be mailed to my home address to validate this debt collection agency and to have records of their billing or collection fees to pay the debt owed.ARStrat made a call 2/19 requesting payment again. Returned phone call to inquire about statement request and informed the representative that no documentation has been received still and has been over two weeks since the request was made. Representative on the call said they have no control over mail, but went on to say this would be the second attempt to collect debt, and would result in a final attempt. Advised representative that without documentation or statements of this debt we cannot validate any billing to this company. Made recommendation for certified mail, but representative was unwilling to listen and terminated the phone call.Initial Complaint

we have been trying since 11 01 *************************************************************************** ruin our credit standing. we have paid all bills due on 11/018/2024 check number 1199, it was for a hospital and dr ***** i had written the wrong *** on the line but the correct *** in the box on the check, they posted the check 11/7/2024 for ******* my fault they sent me a bill for ****** sent check 4673 for ****** made the whole total that we paid, we have been trying to get a statement paid in full. a balance of zero or whatever they have to do to show we paid and not ruin our credit, we have contacted arstrat several times and ************************** ************ they keep telling us not paid i would like the BBB to be involved now please help us .Initial Complaint

I'm attempting to pay the $81.43 remaining on my account, but their system keeps rejecting my attempts. I've tried four credit cards, but none of them have worked. I've contacted *****, Amex, and ***************, and they all point to processing issues with the ** strat systems. I've attempted to contact their customer service number, ************, but nobody is picking up. Additionally, they do not support email addresses.
