I have been receiving collection letters from this company stating that I owe $157.42 to St. Joseph’s Hospital. I have continually spoken with them so many times regarding this matter letting them know that at the time I had two insurances and they both paid out. A lot of the times they’re lost they have no idea what I’m talking about and other times they’re just plain rude and don’t listen to what I have to say. They basically tell me you owe this amount and it doesn’t matter what you say you still owe it. I have sent them physical copies of proof of payment through mail, I also had the insurance companies fax them this information over. They continue to send me letters stating that I owe that amount and when I try to talk to the supervisor, they never have a supervisor present and they tell me they’ll have them call me back, but it never happens. I requested an itemized statement they never sent it out to me. No matter how much I try to reason with them and explain to them they will not listen and continue sending me debt collection letters. I’ve spoken with my insurances about this and they’ve told me not to pay. I feel stuck because this collection company refuses to listen to me and make the necessary adjustments to my account. This is a very, very extremely stressful situation for me. I do not want this on my credit report because I do not owe any amount.

Received letter several times from Arstrat regarding unpaid balance that is ALREADY PAID on 5/18/22. Upon receipt of this letter spoke to Anita in Financial Services at ********* ****** and they said Arstrat was already notified that it was paid. I previously sent a Dispute Letter that was disregarded. Attached is: 1) copy of New letter from Arstrat 2) copy of my original dispute letter 3) copy of my Money Order Receipt I want their explanation of the nonb-existent charges, once settled I want no further communication with the business and they better not report anything to the credit bureaus and try to ruin my credit with this foolishness.

This company sent me a letter attempting to collect a debt although they are not licensed to do so in my state. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general's office as they violated Montana state law.

I was getting several robo calls a day from ARSTRAT. I thought it was a scam and didn’t answer. When they continued and called even more often, I looked up the company and saw that they were a legitimate business with lots of customer complaints. I called the number. Initially, all I got was a recorded menu that kept looping me to another menu. As I was about to hang up, they called again. When I finally spoke to a person, she asked for my phone number to locate my account since I didn’t know why they were calling. She told me they were trying to reach (my son). When I said he was my minor child, she asked for my address, which I gave her. Then she asked for my DOB. When I asked why she needed that, she got hostile and told me she had to verify who I was. I wasn’t convinced that this was legitimate and hung up. They continued to call, several times a day, for weeks. My husband reached someone at the main office company and explained the situation. That person found NO records for anyone in our (immediate) family. They also said the my didn’t have an office in New Orleans, which was the area code of the number. THEY told my husband they’d mark us as a wrong number. However, ARSTRAT continues to call me. I called again, finally got a human, and he was unable to find anything under my name, my husband’s, or my kids. They keep calling and have called twice today. Please help me silence these calls.

Arstrat continues to call my place of employment. I have told them that it is a place of business and to not call. They state they don't have my phone number, but my records are updated at the medical facility that I was making payments to for a co pay. The person continued to ask for my birth date, address and cell number. They called me at work, so I am not giving that information over the phone. Also, I was making payments to the hospital and can't make more than that, but still they sent it to this company that has been nothing but rude. I want the calls to my work stopped. I took pictures of the screen showing when they called, so I have proof. We are all just trying to get through all that has happened and to be harrassed is not right.

On 11/20/19, I went to W********* M****** Center for a blood test. I was there for about 10 minutes. The original bill was for $475. My insurance sent an EOB stating a discount of $401.83 due to exceeding the amount that should have been charged. Insurance paid $65.85 and said I owe $7.32. I continued to get a bill for $409.15. I sent the EOB to W********* M****** Center and then began getting bills from ARSTRAT for $409.15. I spoke to several representatives who said they would look into it. The last person I spoke to in Oct '21, told me that the debt was written off and the case was closed. I received another bill from them today, 8 November for $409.15.

In January of 2019, my son was in the EOR. I paid all bill subsequently, however I still keep getting new ones. On August 13, 2021 I finally relented and paid yet another "final bill" however on August 24, I get yet another final bill. I have full receipts to show I paid in full. How can I stop these predatory firms from coming after me.

I have received 3 letters from this company all erroneously claiming I owe money for payments already made directly to the Heathcare provider, Apria. I have proof of payment. In fact, at this point it appears I have overpaid Apria as I received a credit of $5.90 from them on 6/22/2021. I am requesting ARstrat acknowledge their error in writing, update their records and correct any negative reporting to the credit bureaus.
