I purchased two "lots" of gold totaling over $50k on 6/7/2024 and 6/26/2024 respectively and was verbally informed multiple times on recorded lines that I would be able to sell back the gold with NO LOSS TO ME if I initiated and completed the return within one year and when I started inquiring about the buy-back process in March of 2025, they REFUSED to answer me on the process, stopped taking my phone calls and are now sending ME legal letters saying that I am "not within the buy-back period."Business Response

Response has been sent to Ms. ***** on April 8, 2025, as for her requests of coin valuation and return process.
The letter:
1. sets out a discussion of value of the numismatic coins.
2. sets out the value of the bullion coins as of date of letter.
3. sets process to return coins outside of the return window, wherein NCBR would sell the sell coins under Consignment agreement.
As of this date Mr. ***** has not received a request for details.

Order no. RESPONSE:
Nationwide Coins has shipped the customers coin(s) twice, once by ***** and again by ***. Customer had tracking number and BOTH NATIONAL CARRIERS HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER COINS AND Mr. **** is aware of these blunders by ***** and **** Mr. **** and myself have communicated several times by email and by phone. Mr. **** has stated several times the situation of non-delivery is on ***** and *** wherein **** and ****** **** have continuously tried to handle this issue with ***** and **** Mr. **** is totally aware of this.
Mr. **** has state he has called the BBB to report his complaint was on ***** and ***, NOT Nationwide Coins. Mr. **** stated he called several phone numbers at BBB today to report he filed on **** in error and it should be on ***** and ****
Since ***** and *** have failed to deliver coin packages twice Nationwide Coins will refund his original amount charged in this transaction. Nationwide Coins is NOT at fault for poor service and lack thereof by ***** and ****
Mr. **** was going to email Dispute Resolution of this situation, wherein from day one NCBR has been deeply and promptly involved in solving the non-delivery by ***** and ***, therefor Mr. **** is insisting to remove complaint on Nationwide Coins as filed in error.
Nationwide Coins request this matter of non-delivery by ***** and *** be adjudicated as a non-compliant and DISMISSED or filed for information purposes only, as ***** and *** are the entities who failed to delivery coins.

I purchased ******** in coins and bullion. Upon receipt of package I found that I was being charged nearly three times the value of the coins. The company whom called me multiple times daily hounding me sell stocks and in fact insisted on meadiating my personal stock transactions and actually called my stock company. I began calling the company in an effort to return the coins for a full refund as stated in the return policy. My calls and messages went unanswered for over a week and so I sent the coins and my personal nurse to the buisness nearly 9 hours away to return the items. They refused to take the coins back stating that there is a process. I spent nearly 600 dollars for this trip. That occured on the 24th of October. Since then we have been offered only to send all the coins back for 50k. The guarantee is 30 days no questions and all we have gotten is the run around for 4 weeks from the company. I can produce a call log upon request. We have agree to send them back at our expense. We have driven nearly 1600 miles round trip to return them. They are refusing to do a simple refund.Business Response

For several days, Nationwide Coins (herein called NCBR) had been attempting to pick up coins that our customer Mr. ***** ***** wanted to return.
Part of the process is to execute a standard Coin Purchase Agreement and Mutual Release (this way both parties have a binding, written agreement so **** can issue the refund check).
In the middle of finalizing the exchange of the refund check and the coins, Mr. ***** ***** attempted (now he has filed a BBB complaint) to coerce NCBR to send the refund check first, with NO WRITTEN AGREEMENT, and then Mr. ***** ***** would return the coins.
Mr. ****** *****, **** CEO, and Mr. ***** ***** then reached an agreement to execute the standard Coin Purchase Agreement and Mutual Release via Docu-Sign and we would then ***** the refund check to Mr. ***** ***** (all on the same day) via ***** tracking # ***********.
As of last week, the Coin Purchase Agreement and Mutual Release has been executed by all parties, Mr. ***** ***** and NCBR.
Refund check was signed and has been cashed (copy attached).

Nationwide Coins was not aware of his concerns until a complaint was filed with the BBB. Once Nationwide Coins ********************* was aware of Mr. ******* concerns, Nationwide Coins made arrangements for an immediate return of the coins for a full refund.
The credit has been issued to the credit card(s) used in the transaction.

I have contacted this company numerous times over the last two years to ask them to STOP sending me marketing collateral, magazines, mailers, etc. to my home address. They REFUSE to respond or even stop. PLEASE STOP SENDING ME THINGS IN THE MAIL!Business Response

NCBR did remove him from future mailings on December 1, 2023, HOWEVER several Holiday mailers were already in progress, so customer did receive the Holiday mailers. another submission to remove from mailings on December 16, 2023.

I received a flyer in the mail from the aforementioned company to buy 1oz of gold at cost. I purchased the 1oz of gold and received it without incident. The company then told me that they could sell me 10 more of the coins at the same price. I purchased 10 more but when I received the package the gold coins were not 1oz as the first one but 1/4 oz. This effectively stole 75% of the money I paid. I feel like they baited me with the first coin and then sold me much less valuable gold coins neglecting to tell me that they were not the same.Business Response

Mr. ****** requested to return Ten (10) $10 Gold American Eagle coins. Of course, Nationwide Coins allows customers to return coin purchases especially when the type of coin is misunderstood or customer not happy.
In discussing with Mr. ****** and his wife on how to return the coins for a full refund, they were driving for Christmas vacation and i was agreed to return the coins for a full refund after January 3, 2024. A copy of email for return for full refund is attached.
Mr. ****** thank Compliance Director for the call and arranging for a coin return and full refund.
