I hired this company to clean 3 area rugs. During the cleaning we were asked to leave the house because the fumes werent safe for my kids, which we were not told in advance. The technician soaked our pristine hardwood floors and even got our walls wet with carpet fibers. The machine used was dirty and left large streaks of dirt on them. One rug was so badly damaged by the machine that it pulled out most of the white fibers. The technician told us it was dog hair. Our dog is a tan chihuahua so there was no way that could have been the case. Our house smells like dirty mild and they wont respond and their technician wasnt covered by their insurance. We have contacted the company and their insurance agency several times and they wont resolve the issue.Initial Complaint

My carpet was soaking wet after cleaning. Still very wet next day. Puddles of water/cleaning solution left on hardwood floors very slippery! I had to mop up the puddles and wash all greasy slippery residue from the hardwood and tile floors in the area. Rust stains under furniture legs on carpet. With much scrubbing I was able to remove most rust stains. Greasy residue tracked all over hard wood and tile floor surfaces. I had living room , 3 bedrooms and hallway carpet cleaned. I scheduled an appointment online for duct cleaning. The cost was 158 per unit. I have 2 units. When the technician arrived, he explained the cost was 316 per unit. I was charged 618, the additional 18 dollars was for me using my card. He stated he would add the drying cleaning in for a total of 600. When I went back online I saw the price 158 per unit and 69 for the dryer which should have been a total of 385. I've made several attempts to contact the company for my refund. I'm constantly told, the manager will call me in ***** hours. I have been slcalling since 1/3/24. The technician left my home dirty after the services were rendered. I contacted the company via website and then I was contacted via telephone to confirm an appointment. The person I spoke with clarified that I wanted the advertised $69 dollar dry vent cleaning and I confirmed and we agreed on a date and time.
The technician showed up, performed some general tasks and then immediately attempted to upsell me on the service I had already greed to for a price. Stating that the original service could not be provided adequately for the agreed upon price, and would need $500 (a 625% increase) to finish the work. No explanation regarding why this was necessary other than to state that the vent was "too dirty". Which is what I hired them to rectify.
I want the work completed for the original price or a refund for the service that I agreed to under false pretense.Initial Complaint

I paid $315 for 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs The guy was here less than an hour and every room had dirt or food left. Horrible job. I called the office to complain, nobody returned my call. They hung up on me.Business Response

The company that Ms. ***** ******* contracted for this job was a company named Green Cleaning Services based out of ********
Please let us explain that our company based out of ********** had nothing to do with this job nor we served the ******* area at any time while our company was open. Our company closed its doors in October of 2023. Aside from that ******** did not offer carpet cleaning for residential GCS. LLC used to serve federal and city contracts. We are afraid you have the wrong information or have a confusion with the names and addresses.
We hope that Ms. ******* has resolved her problem with Green Cleaning Services *******. We wish her the best.

Charged me $49 as a missed service fee when I was present instead of the correct $29 quote fee. The appointment was made under the service name "Erin" (she is my domestic partner).
Far worse, their technician, Jose, made a false report my ducts were moldy and leaking air. Then he, likely deliberately, left my air conditioner evaporator door open after inspection, letting air escape from the heater straight into my attic, making it appear my system was leaking and letting moisture escape. I only found out because I noticed right after his quote inspection the a/c fan was barely blowing through the vents.
He actually apparently ruined my a/c system created a problem so he could get business (he on the attached document was going to charge me $8500 to replace the leaking ducts). I then had to repair his damage myself and reassemble and close the vent door he left open. I called their number 8888282811 and mentioned complain about the $49 fee for starters and they instantly hung up. After that they hung up on me instantly several times.
I would also ideally like $150 damage-repair fee for their technician Jose's leaving the a/c door open causing potential mold in my a/c system and attic. Again had I not fixed his mistake, there likely would have been $500+ damage requiring the repair he quoted, not to mention health damage from mold due to the evaporator door-open leak.Initial Complaint

Booked appointment for carpet cleaning with Green Cleaning Services for their special of $69.99 for three rooms for November 1st between 8-10am. Alex (tech) arrived at 9am. He entered my home; I showed him the rooms that needed cleaning. Alex took pictures with his phone and showed me three packages to choose from. Told Alex that I requested the cleaning special of $69.99 and will pay the extra for the hallway and stairs at $2 a step (14 steps). The tech then started to write some numbers down and the amount went from $69.99 to $107 to $157 now to $176.75. Alex then stated I need to pay upfront because he felt uneasy performing the service. I confirmed with him that I will pay after the service is completed, but Alex demanded payment upfront thru either Zelle or Cashapp. I confirmed with Alex that I will be using a credit card instead. Alex then stated he want me to pay upfront so that I don’t stiff him after he cleans the carpet just in case I don’t like his work. Signature of the form and payment was rendered under duress in which I decided to cancel the service as I was feeling uneasy about the tech's demeanor and attitude towards me while he was in my house. At 9:36am, I called the number on the form (888.828.2811) while Alex stood in the doorway. Advised Julia (agent) on the cancellation and requested a refund in which Julia spoke on calling me back in an hour. 11:04am, called again, another agent answered and stated they would call me back in 1-2 minutes to confirm processing of refund. 3:51pm, called again, Julia then proceeds to state that the refund is under review and management will call me back. Julia then stated that i will be charged a $99 service fee for the tech coming out and not performing the service. Julia then proceeds to tell me the company does not have a refund policy. On Oct. 6th, I called Green cleaning services to come to our house and clean our carpet. They quoted me for 5 bedrooms, hallways and stairs for $131. The technician arrived on Monday 10/10/22 and proceeded to quote us for $450 for a deep cleaning of the carpet. He said the original price quoted was for steam cleaning and he (Pedro) didn't think it would clean our carpet even though he said it was in good condition. We ended up agreeing on $300 for him to shampoo and deodorize the carpet. He then told me to sign a form prior to starting the job. The form said that they would not be liable for any damage of property during the cleaning process and the second signature was for stating that they did a satisfactory job. I naturally was hesitant about signing such a thing prior to job start and voiced my concern with their customer service department. The lady I spoke with ensured me I had seven days to get the carpet re-cleaned for free if anything was not to my satisfaction and that they wouldn't start the job until I signed. I knew something was strange at that point but agreed to sign in order to get the carpet cleaned the same day. After the technician finished, he quickly left the house and didn't give me time to inspect. After further inspection, several carpet stains that should have been cleaned remained and the technician didn't clean the carpet in one of the bedroom closets agreed to. I notified their customer service three times over my dissatisfaction about the job during the next week and reach time was told me that they were going to talk to a supervisor and get back to me and resolve it. I never received any call back from them. My complaint is that they didn't provide the services agreed to and failed to provide any remediation when I voiced my dissatisfaction. They also dumped the dirty carpet cleaning water with carpet debris on my front lawn which I had to clean up! This company falsely advertises low prices and shady practices to get the job started.Initial Complaint

Three pieces of furniture were supposed to be steam cleaned on Oct 10th 20022 at 8 am. When I called around 8:20 asking where the technician was they said my appointment was between 10 and 11 am. Okay, no big deal. When the technician finally came he brought in his machine and hooked up to my water and plugged it into my electricity. I never was told that he was going to do that. When he started cleaning I did not see any steam. I asked him where it was and he told me this machine does not heat the water. So how can you steam clean? I called the company while he was still at my home. They said they would call the technician and have a manager call me back which never happened.
He also had puddles of water on my wooden floor if I did not bring this to his attention he would not have done anything about it and just left it there. He had no towels to wipe up the water. He used an old t-shirt he had in his truck.
He completely did not clean the back of one of the couches. This furniture I bought this second hand and there was some type of food on the back of one couch that was not even cleaned because it was dry so I know he didn't clean it.
When all furniture was dry several hours later you can tell he did not do a good job. The couch still had some
odor.
I called the company several times during my furniture cleaning and they said they would have a manager call me about my concerns which were cold water used instead of warm to steam clean. He was supposed to Vaccum all furniture before he started to clean, but he didn't do that either. The use of my water and electricity.
The last time I called they wanted a picture which I did send and told me they will file a complaint and someone will call me by end of the day. That never happened. I called the next day to find out what they were going to do and they were very rude. I want my furniture cleaned as they promised as well as what I paid for. My name is Jasmine A*** I'd like to tell my story of a possible scam and keep others from bring scammed. I recently purchased a home and wanted to get my air ducts insprcted for cleaning and treatment. The evening of 9/24/22 I searched the web for air duct cleaning services and came across a special through Click 2 Air Duct Cleaning. I scheduled an appointment between 12-2 on
9/26/22. The technician called to let me know he was on the way and if he found sonething he would call me back let me know. I was at work. Therefore, my parents let the technician inside the garage. The technician went into attic to assess the air ducts. My father requested for the tech to check for signs of mold. He came back down to get something out of his truck then went back to the attic to finish the inspection. He then fell through the ceiling of the garage and told my father he took a quick video and found mold, but also said I only need treatment without cleaning. Then wrote out an invoice for mold control priced at $689. He then called his supervisor to inform them of repairing the ceiling. He said he may not answer due to the Jewish holiday. Then told my father that the company will deduct the ceiling repair from the air duct cleaning. The technician also suggested for my father to repair the ceiling himself. My parents then asked if he needed to go to quick care and if he was going to be okay. He then left the home. I tried contacting the technician and the company on several occasions to file a complaint. No answer from the technician and the reps at Green Cleaning Services told me that a supervisor would be in touch as there wasn't one available. They tried getting in touch with the technician. No response. My issue gas not been resolved and I would like for my ceiling in the garage to be repaired ASAP. I am concerned that Green Cleaning services is not a legitimate company as I was not able to find them on any other website. I've been calling GCS everyday. Send me to an ext.
