· Godish Gift Card “GO OFFER CODES” - After your new DISH TV service is activated, you will need to go to their website gift.godish.com Once you are on the website, there are three easy steps and then you can print your certificate. The certificate will tell you exactly what to do to get your gift card. Your gift card redemption form must be completed, in its entirety, and postmarked within 60 days of DISH activation. This gift card is courtesy of Godish.com.
· To be Used Only If You Do Not Have Internet Access – You elected to have your gift card redemption certificate mailed to you. Because of mail time, please keep an eye out 3-4 weeks after Dish Activation. Your gift card redemption form must be completed in its entirety, and postmarked within 60 days of Dish Activation. This gift card is courtesy of Godish.com.
· Godish Gift Card for “MY OFFER CODES” - After your new DISH TV service is activated the company will submit your information to their vendor. It may take up to two weeks to get you into the system. You will need to go to their website offers.godish.com. Once you are on the website, follow the easy steps so you can print your certificate. The certificate will tell you exactly what to do to get your $100 prepaid card. Your prepaid card redemption form must be completed, in its entirety, and postmarked within 60 days of DISH activation.
