I here by file a complaint against Wealth Assistant online business. For months I have been contacted by Mr. Hysam ********* phone number ************ about investing in their company . He explained to me that they are the greatest online business in North America as I told him that there are other companies approaching me as well. In April 10th 2023 I signed agreement with him on line and he explained to me that they will operate the store that I purchased and even that they have a promotion at that time, meaning that once you purchase one store you will be given another store. He read the agreement which I signed and paid the sum of $55,000.00 for that particular store. He promised me that wealth Assistant will monitor everything and it will take three months for the store to set up and after that three months the store will start generating some profit. Everything about Onboarding was done and couple of months I got an invoice to make a payment of $5000.00 each for the two stores and wire transfer was made on those occasions. Since making those payment I have been in contact with a guy by name Duston and after a while I was un able to reach him. Every effort made to contact him by both e-mail and phone failed. I was also in contact with a lady called Madison who did the onboarding activities with me and for months none of these people can be reached any more. If I call any of their number it is not working or I will here a message that they do not receive calls on this phone. Lately I have e-mailed the CEO as I found online . His name is Ryan Carol and he equally refused to respond to my e-mails. I recently received a lengthy note about what they are doing to change the business operation but was not able to communicate to me in person. So far I am confused what was going on with this company. They claim to be the best and biggest on line business but cannot have professional attitude to investors.

This company was supposed to start 2 stores for me. They charged me $55,000 which included $10,000 for inventory for which they were supposed to give me credit. The problem is they worked with me for months doing nothing and then only cashed my check after they decided to close and after they ghosted me completely. This is fraud and intentional theft. They broke their contract and then sent a form which would release them from any obligation. I did not sign it and will not be signing it.

I signed a contract with wealth assistance, LLC, November 2022 to start an e-commerce business. I paid them $50,000 plus an additional over $6000 in inventory supplies. In the stipulations of the contract , if I do not achieve my $50,000 back in store profits, then they guaranteed me the option for them to buy back my store. They dissolved the company a few days ago and notified all the clients that they are not going to honor the buyback clause in the contract. I have made no money which gave me the guarantee (in the contract) of my money back. Over 600 clients were robbed and scammed (likely totaling in the millions).

On July 2023 Wealth Assistants mislead me to believe that they were a solid and robust company. The offer me their services to create, operate and manage an online Amazon store for 55,000.00 (fifty five thousand) us dollars. They said it was going to take 12 weeks, I met with Peter, Dustin, Kelsey, Justin and Amanda. I met with Dustin two weeks ago and today 10/24/23 I received an email saying company is out of business. They also said they can't grant the buy back clause on the contract. This is wrong not legal and we need to be reimbursed.

Last December, I purchased an Amazon store from Wealth Assistants for $125,000. The contract stated that if I didn't recoup my initial investment within a year, they would issue a full refund. I've been tryint to contact them by phone and multiple emails. All emails are bouncing and phones have been disconnected. Are you able to get in touch with them to help with a refund? Ryan Carroll is the owner.

      To Whom it May Concern:

In September of 2022, I, James ********* ***, entered a formal agreement with Wealth Assistants to provide a turn-key ****** Store operation, complete with the products and marketing to launch sales in January of 2023. A series of events has me questioning if this could be business and potentially cyber fraud.

      In summary:

      - 09/19/22, 09/20/22: Wired, and Wealth Assistants received, $45K to establish a business agreement.

      - 10/10/22 thru 10/25/22: Worked on-boarding steps with WA representatives via video chat.

      - 11/22/22: Paid an invoice generated by WA Distribution in the sum of $4991.28 via ACH from **** Bank for product to sell on ****** Store, *************.

      - 12/22/22: Received a letter from Matt ******, President, explaining that an issue with ********** caused purchasing failures and that product refunds would be applied to account owner credit cards.

*** My payment was rendered via ACH, not credit card. ACH process was not addressed in the letter.

      - 01/04/23: Speaking with Success Manager, Ashley *****, informed her that I still had not received a refund and asked for an escalation of this issue.

      - 01/09/23 thru 01/12/23: Success Manager, Ashley *****, shared that an attempt to refund the $4991.28 via ACH failed. It was not communicated to me (or my business, A3P LLC, owner of *************), that an ACH refund attempt was planned. Ms. ***** explained that another refund attempt could be initiated or that I could opt for product purchase using the $4991.28 previously rendered.

*** I accepted the option of product purchase.

      - 01/30/23: Still no remedy. Success Manager, Ashley *****, seems equally frustrated and stated that she can attempt to set-up a call with Matt Couch, the originator of the letter indicating the ********** issue on 12/22/22.

Five months and nearly $50K later, I have concerns regarding the business intentions of Wealth Assistants.

      Business Response

      Date: 03/27/2023

      Good Afternoon,

My name is Brian **** and I am the Reputation Manager at Wealth Assistants, LLC.

We have been having issues with getting access to our BBB account, and therefore did not receive the emails associated to this review in order to address.

Our leadership team has been working directly with James ********, and he is being prioritized accordingly to assist with the issues described in the review. Any of our clients that don’t have inventory in their stores will by the end of the month. All others are currently selling product from their stores.
In a few rare cases, we have helped adjust profit splits for a duration of time to ensure that our partners are well taken care of and recognize success at an accelerated rate.

We would appreciate the opportunity to rectify this situation and ask as we work through the issue to consider taking down the negative review.

      Kind Regards,

      Brian **** | Reputation Manager

Since September 1st I have been fully contracted with the business to provide me with a fully functioning turn key Amazon store. Certain metrics were also established in our contract. The business has not delivered on any of its promises that were laid out in the contract. They have taken my $55,000 investment and barely had any contact with me. In fact the Amazon seller account was suspended due to their inactivity. They are in breach of contract , and I want my initial investment refunded. To this date there have been zero sales, zero products listed for sale , zero anything. Please feel free to contact me for further details ************

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review detailing your experience. We want every customer to feel valued and we apologize for falling short of your expectations.

Members of our client care team met with Taylor as recent as yesterday 6/6/2023, and discussed Taylor's store and the pieces that we have positioned to deliver as we move forward with our partnership. It was a very productive meeting where we were able to cover a lot of ground in our discussion.

Taylor now has a direct contact representative for customer care to address any potential issues and answer any questions if needed.

We appreciate your conversation with us, and we are excited to grow your store with sales and continue to get inventory.
