  This is the most unprofessional and rude company I have ever dealt with. They purposely dragged out the process after collecting payment. The manager **** is the worst person to deal with. She lies over and over and then over talk you if you have questions. She changed the bond amount several times after collecting initial payment and refused to refund. This process was already very difficult and this company made it 10 times worse. Ive never received such horrible customer service. Even High Schoolers at ********* are more professional. They pretended to call references just to prolong the process.

  Do not use!!! Look somewhere else. I went to this company referred to me by my incarcerated loved one thinking this was a good reliable company. I was told by **** that she could get my husband out of jail. He had warrants in 3 counties. When I paid the bond for *************, **** advised me that they will refund me because he had warrants in two other counties. I asked what can I do? **** advised me to give them another ******* and they can get him released in two counties and get him released from the third county on a jail card. I had no idea what that was. She explained to me what that was. I advised her that in the third county he had no bond. She told me to not worry because she can get him released from that county on a jail card. My husband did not believe her so he called her, and she guaranteed she can get him released from that third county on a jail card, asking him to be patient. So, he was released from ************* and *****************. Once released from those two counties, the third county picked him up. They advised him he could not be released without a bond. So basically, he is being shuffled around from county to county going back and forth to court and will never be released and in the mean while I am currently paying bonds. His lawyer asked me to contact the bonding company and ask for a Surrender of the Bond because he's never going to get out and will be shuffled from county to county, and he is not getting credit for being in jail from the other counties. The owner of the company advised me they will not surrender the bond until the entire balance is paid. I feel they cheated and tricked me into getting my money. Why would I pay a bond for someone who will never be released because of a no bond hold in the third county? I was guaranteed they could get him released on a jail card but still till this day, he's in jail. Bonding companies are there to help us. Had they told me he will never be released, I would've never paid a bond, at all.

  Completely predatory company. They withdrew the money before the paperwork was completed. Working to help a non-native speaking family get a loved one out of jail. When we said we wanted a refund because we changed our mind we were given such a run around. They said we had to talk to the accountant but the accountant is never there. The person who set it up for us also mysteriously is never in the office. They withdrew the money within 30 minutes but said it will take all of this paperwork and time to refund it. They also lied and said that the person I was helping had changed their minds and didn't want a refund anymore.

  The people are scammers and take advantage of hard working people. They are super friendly when your giving your money and once the payment goes through it feels like your working with someone else. If you ask for a refund less than 24 hours they tell you that you have to wait till they get it approved when clearly they haven't done anything besides lie. They take the money and tell you that the bond will post within 12 hours and the inmate is still in there and when you ask for a update they tell you that you need additional money. when you tell them that's all the money you have so in order to get a refund you have to wait 10 days and $150.00 fee will be applied. Could you see into this matter.

  This place is very unprofessional and its very hard to talk to them without them giving a attitude. I went to this establishment to bond out a love one that has yet to be released after receiving my hard earned money. Before I went to this establishment I talked to a active staff member and told them the amount of money that I had to get my love one out of jail and was told that they could work with that amount only to be out of my money and my husband still incarcerated. I filled out all the paperwork that was giving to me and was told that he would be out in 8 to 10 hours which never took place. I called the company and no one could give me a update on the bond. I was told that a staff member would give me a call back, when I was called back the staff said that I needed $2500.00 more dollars and i told her that i didn't have it and could i get my refund and was told that i have to wait and that $150.00 dollars will be deducted from the money for a processing fee. It wasn't my fault so why do I have to wait to get my money back for something that wasn't my fault? Overall my husband is still incarcerated and i have to wait for a refund to go somewhere else. So could this matter be looked into? Thank you in advance.
