Awful service, they had my car for 2 months after originally being told it qould only take 5 days max after getting started. When 2 weeks mark came around and nobody let me know anything I asked about my car and was treated very rudely and relieved very defensive answer from owners wife and mechanic. After that the next 2 weeks they wasn't responding to my messages or answering my calls.( called from a different number after trying to reach them for 20 mins and got a immediate answer when calling from different number). After another month when the car was finally ready I go to get my car and start it up just to see the car is in worse condition, it smelled awful inside and had cat prints all over the back seat I'm sure it was inside marking territory. They didn't fix the car issue at all and instead of refunding me for the services that i paid for that wasnt provided they tell me its a recall on my car and when I called the car company to verify it wasn't a recall and they confirmed it wasnt a recall on the car so i let the owner know. I was told to drive around it will fix itself and couldn't make it off the lot before it more issues I never had arose. When I told the owner to put it back on the diagnostic machine and if it's different issues not to worry about it I'll pay and leave, when the diagnosis was ran over the same issues arose and he tried to hide it from me and when called out about it I was told it needs to be put on a different machine and when they went to get another machine all of a sudden there was power to the OD and diagnostic couldn't be ran. And the owner wouldn't print out the diagnosis from the first time they ran it. He called the police and ran inside. Awful humans are running this place and will take your money and not do the work.
