We had a horrible experience with this company. We purchased a car and to this day, we still haven't received the car. It's been over a month. We went to the bank and found out that they have been lying to the bank saying that 1) they have been in communcation with us and this is false. We send messages and make phone calls with NO response. 2) they said that the car was at the dealership only for us to pull the VIN number and find out that the car isn't even in the country. 3) they put on the paperwork and sent pictures of a black/grey vehicle, but when we pulled the VIN number, the vehicle is white. 4) they have lied and informed the bank that we have picked up the car, saw an issue with the blinker and brought it back when we never picked up the car because it is not in their possesion AND the dealership isn't even open. We have a carnote coming up that is going to need to be paid as well as over 20 inquiries on our credit report and NO CAR! We had to file a police report and everything. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership at all. Mr Matthew or Greg Mitchell, the finance person over the deal, never contacted me one time, although I begged them to do so. I even got a friend to give me Mr Mitchell’s number and I texted him, but ever received a response back. Additionally, my first actual phone conversation happened with the Vice President of the bank, called me in three way with Mr Favard. This phone call finally trapped him into having to talk to me. Instead of talking there, he told them he would call me directly. After waiting 5 mins, Mr Favard, did call, but it was to belittle me and to talk poorly about me because I wouldn’t wait for him to produce a car. He wanted me to lie to the bank and tell them I had the car, and then begged me to wait 4-6 days for the car. As of this writing, it has now been 9 weeks plus, and there is no contact from Mr Favard or Mr Mitchell, and still no car.
