      I engaged One Guard Inspections for a warranty claim assessment of the Vehicle Inspection Report. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to inaccuracies in their report. The use of the term "abuse" in describing conditions like intact heat tabs and melted tire rubber was misleading, causing a wrongful interpretation of my car's maintenance. This mischaracterization led to an initial denial of my warranty claim, resulting in a nearly four-week delay in repairs for my primary vehicle. The lack of detailed assessment and hasty conclusions significantly impacted me, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. While the inspection was timely, the report failed to provide a nuanced understanding of the vehicle's condition. As my main mode of transportation, any delay affects my daily life, and the inaccuracy of One Guard's reporting not only caused a significant delay but also questioned the integrity of their evaluation process. Such assessments must be precise and impartial, avoiding hasty judgments. I hope my feedback encourages a re-evaluation of their reporting methods and consideration of the impact on clients.

      Customer service -10 stars. They were always scared of talking about their report and no manager wanted to get on the phone, I had an inspector come to my Facility and ask me to take pictures of the damage under the vehicle and stand and watched me. We are silly report and I tried to contact the company and talked to management, They are avoided me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Their inspectors and management need more training, Allen I'm waiting for your Call and resolution.
