1 starPart came with very few instructions or diagrams. Once it sticks it is very hard to try to reaffix. It bends in 10 inch sections which makes it unusable. Company says “one shot tough ****” if you remove it. Very disappointed with their lack of concern about a bad product.Omac USA

1 star***** ******* *** ******* * ***** ***** My experience was extremely inconvenient and became dangerous on the freeway yesterday. I ordered a roof rack after giving the asked description of my vehicle. The roof rack arrived, and it did not even fit my car. I sent it back and they refunded me. They said to me multiple times that they had to check that the roof rack wasn’t damaged before they would refund me, even though it was noticeably already used. Then I ordered another one over the phone, which they were able to search the vehicle size, which is coupe. You’re not able to do that on the website.
The second roof rack arrived, and the directions made absolutely no sense whatsoever, and there were parts that did not fit my car. I ultimately had to use different screws initially to get it attached to my vehicle. I then proceeded to drive an hour away to a body of water to go paddle boarding yesterday. The roof rack attachments from Omac began to Disconnect. I ultimately had to call an Uber from my location to take me to **** ***** to get nuts and bolts to Secure the faulty parts to my car so I could get home.
Additionally, the first time I called I told them it was an inconvenience (even before yesterday’s NIGHTMARE) and the customer service rep told me she would work on getting me a partial refund. That refund ended up being 5%, which is about $10. LOL.
This company and the roof racks they are selling are absolutely rubbish, stay as far away from them as possible. Huge headache and will leave you dangerously stranded and trying to get your equipment back home!Omac USA

At the time, the listing title did not clearly specify that the product was only for Sedans, although the "W205" designation refers specifically to that body type. We later reviewed and updated the listing to clarify this point and help prevent similar misunderstandings.When you contacted our team, we promptly accepted the return and issued a full refund. You later expressed interest in purchasing a correct model, and while we do not accept orders by phone, our customer service team did their best to guide you in finding the right option based on your vehicle details. As a gesture of goodwill for the earlier inconvenience, we also provided a discount code for your next ********* later reported a fitment issue with the second item and mentioned it was resolved using alternative screws. Our team reached out by email offering further support and asked for pictures to better understand the issue, but we did not receive a response or documentation at that time. We were unaware of the additional trouble you experienced later during use and are very sorry to hear about it now.While proper installation and securing of any roof rack system, including OEM, is essential for safety, we understand how frustrating this situation was for you.We previously issued a full refund for the initial order and offered further compensation for the second. 1 star15 messages later to no avail. Order some wheel covers for $74 stating that they would fit the 2016 Corolla but they do not sent them pictures as they asked and would not send me a label or my refund. I even told them that you can inspect the wheel covers before you send my refund to no avail worse customer service experienced and 50 years.Omac USA

4 starsI purchased a fold-able tailgate step. The product arrived quickly. It appeared there was a missing handle (From what I could tell on the pictures). I emailed the company; they responded that afternoon. The next day I received a phone call from OMAC indicating they would send out the missing part that day. I later received a phone call from OMAC, that the handle depicted on the pictures was no longer a part on this product. (They now use a tee-handle lock combination) They gave me the option to return the product free of charge or receive a monetary ($40) refund. I chose the refund. The refund appeared back on my credit card within 20 minutes of the phone call.
Life happens. Things break or other things happen. My attitude is "So long as they make it right". OMAC made it right, I appreciate their quick response in correcting the issue. I would purchase from this company again. ***** **Omac USA
