      I have lived at Treasure Bay apartments for two years. Since Oak Leaf took over it has gotten worse. I can't wait to move!! Low water pressure for six months and complaints go unnoticed. It's like talking to the wall! But they want to increase the rent by $100. Poorly staffed and maintained. I wish I could submit photos and videos to show what it's like here. Heath Dept needs to thoroughly inspect each and every apartment. I don't want to leave one star but this program won't let me leave zero stars

      Most Incompetents Manager and Assistants Manager I’ve ever dealt with. Since I moved in I told them about my gutters being damaged causing water to flow inside my apartment, after 3months they’ve yet to fix it. Mold started growing on my floor. They have been leaving me late fees on my rent when I’ve been paying my rent on time, but since THEY forget to put tit in the system they say I pay, they say I’m the one that’s paying late. The plumbing is always getting worked on, leaving me without water for almost the entire day at times. They don’t have enough security, there is always a car getting scratched, hit, or tires stolen. They do not do anything about it. Last time I spoke to them they said their cameras where NOT WORKING! I regret spending my money with this apartments. PS.NEW UPCOMING TENANTS—BEWARE!

      MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY I’ve encountered in Houston. Since I moved in I told them about my gutters being damaged causing water to flow inside my apartment and after 3months they’ve not yet to fixed it. After paying my Rent on time, they still charge late fees (every month) because THEY do not enter my rent on time, hence why they think I’m paying late. (I have receipts if money orders). Assistant manager and Main manager at The Wood Lake Townhome apartments both cannot respond to my inquiries responsibly, and recently ordered to get my vehicle towed without notice for parking in front of my own apartment. (It was not reserved). I REGRET Spending my money with this Property Management. New Upcoming Renter BEWARE!

      This is the absolute WORST management company. I’ve been trying to get in touch with a supervisor for 3 weeks and was told twice there would be a call back. This time I was told that there’s absolutely no way to contact a supervisor and they have no set schedule so no one knows when a supervisor will be there and the best they could do is leave a message (for which they took no contact information to get back to me it it wouldn’t matter because there way to contact a supervisor anyway!!!). Under no circumstance would I tell anyone to expect to get anything from this company ***** **** ***** ******** *** *** *** ******. They do not care at all, if I could give negative stars I would. ******* **********.

      I am a resident at Hunter's Point Apartments in Houston Texas and the management Company is the worst. I have never had any issues until now. I have always paid my rent and water bill on time even during Covid. Now, they claim they do not have copies of the previous contract to make you pay the deposit again, thankfully I do keep all my paperwork. Now, they have never reported the water company that I am the sole owner and want to overcharge me for water fees. The Manager ***** ******** claims she never knows anything, she does not know she has to notify the water company Conserve, she does not know how to add the rent amount on the website for you to pay and when I have reached Oak Leaf and ask for a supervisor, nothing has been done since April 15th when I first requested my bill to be updated. Unfortunately it seems like they want to push the good/old renters out to rent the apartments a higher amount. I am truly disappointed by such unprofessional and shady behavior.
