            Paid for product and expedited shipping and never received. Multiple attempts to find status of delivery and also left messages for a call back. No response from company. I would like a complete refund for product and shipping as not received. Total amount of fraudulent billing $210.19.

            Website is very misleading. It said 44.08 for the size filter I needed, then drop down box only gives you the choice of 1 PACK , 2 pck and so on. I chose 1 Pack the price went to 83.00. I was understanding that it was discounted for 2 filters being it said PACK and price almost doubled. I only received 1 filter, called and spoke to them . They said it's for 1 filter only. I said what does the PACK mean? 1 filter they said , I said no that would be each Pack indicates multiples and price changed as well. I told I would return I was informed I pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee!!!! This Company is misleading from the get go. Stay away from this company!! Tonya ******
