I had used this company before in the 40 years I’ve been in business, but things had changed maybe ownership or management? Got a quote for some filters and frames ! Got the total , representative stated order had to be secured with credit card ! I placed the order card was billed for approximately 130.00 $ more than original quote of 239.00$ ! They issued no invoice and I received filters , I was under the impression the higher amount was freight , I called to see where the frames are ? took over 8 weeks , after I called to complain , as soon as I received frames they came from Philly Pa , looks like they would have had been made locally in Houston! got a invoice for frames ? I emailed them contested the invoice 140$ more dollars they soon with drew amounts from credit card soon after , !I question the withdrawal and I requested a update invoice for original Quote ? To clear up the high withdrawal they had over 233$ in freight charges ! Freight was higher than original Quote and complete order was over 542$ wow ! This unbearable for my customers to absorbed ! I did some research on freight companies pickup and delivery in same weight and location the pricing was + 100$ less ! Still very high for freight about 54 pounds ! Want to warn others of unexpected charges ! I know filter Technologies were misleading on not invoicing me at first and hiding the back order frames and high freight first charged ! They claimed the freight charges I was aware of and knew was higher than product orders? These folks are definitely not interested in keeping their customers ,after they got your credit card !
