Turbo Home Services did some plumbing for my shower on August 14th. However they did not do the job correctly because the water is not draining completely in the shower. Not only did they not do the job correctly, they took almost 2 months to finish the job. I have made so many phone calls and sent so many text messages to the company and Mr. Ricky and the owner Mr. W******* Initially they had no response and would avoid my calls or not respond at all. Then they responded and said that they can’t do any more work because they finished the job and that if I had an issue I should get a second opinion from another company. At the start of the work they told me I would have 10 years warranty and their plumber told me that it would be 5 years warranty but now they are not wanting to take responsibility for anything. I called another company they told me that they the pipe connections were don’t incorrectly so the water won’t drain correctly. Now after getting the second opinion, I am trying to contact Turbo Plumbing and Mr. W******* but no one is responding to my calls or text messages. They are blocking my phone number or cutting the call when they hear my voice if I call with a different number. This is not the way I expect a company to treat a customer after taking money for the job.
