I have been dealing with a company called Sketch Profs and the merchant name they use is ************* for many of their transactions. I called the phone number listed on the *************.com website (281) 941 5930 and they confirmed they are connected with Sketch Profs. https://www.*************.com/ name appeared on my credit card statements for charges related to creating e-learning, a language app, a games app and website etc. I was charged $6186.00 for WIPO Artwork Registration and $5200 for 14 WIPO Notorizations of Artwork Registration with *************.com merchant name listed on my $6186 receipt provided by Sketch Profs and on my credit card statement. Alan ****** CEO of Sketch Profs and Patrick ******** were the people I was dealing with. I was threatened by them that if I did not purchase the WIPO they would no longer work on any of my projects and they would not give me a refund. WIPO is the World Intellectual Property Organization. When I contacted WIPO, I was informed the receipt forwarded to me by SketchProfs with the WIPO Logo on it was not related to WIPO, and Sketch's name was placed on the WIPO Warning List. Thus it appears they sent me a fake document that they created. Then they tried to collect extra money from me for tax on the fake WIPO charges. Alan ****** again said they would not give me my projects unless I paid this tax. I said this seems like extortion. I have sent several emails to *************s and called them several times, informing them that I would like a refund for all of the charges made to my credit card by *************.com since I did not get any of the work that I was charged for 17 charges were made to my credit cards from 7/20/22 to 04/25/23 I paid them many thousands of dollars over that period. Thus far I did not get any refund and I have not got any response to my emails or to my phonecalls and messages. I have attached some documents showing the connection between Sketch Profs and *************.com

This company is a front to scam people. I was charged by ArtnArtStudio for services offered by ********* ******* ********* ******* is a website setup to attract customers looking for trademark services. When. the person orders the services, they send documentation as if they did a professional trademark search, but it's only a general web search about the mark and/or logo. Then they call you with additional services you must purchase in order to secure the trademark from all possible angles. They sell you on added categories and protections, and then never deliver on any of the services offered. When you reach out to cancel the services and revert the charges they try to extort you saying that "since they already did all this work" they are just going to file for the trademark themselves. When called out on that being extortion, they just say ok, we'll cancel it, and reimburse you. They just play along and never sent the reimbursement. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charges, but trademark pioneer showed the crappy paperwork they sent me, and said that they fulfilled their end of the agreement. Visa won’t do anything about it, the company never did any of the trademark work, and based on what I see online, they continue to get away with it. They dispute any bad reviews or comments, and try top keep a clean image to continue to scam people. This company is also used as a front for other scams involving editors, resume writters, graphic and web design, you name it.

It started 10/25/2022 with a payment of $175 for a logo, stationary, business card designs. 12/1/2022 $399 was paid to build a website for my maintenance business. 12/8/2022 I was told I needed a dedicated server, which I paid $850. I was persuaded to buy a second website for flipping real estate at $550. 12/19/2022 I was told, I had to buy the content portion to complete first website, This Cost $500. Initially I dealt with a person named Nathan, I got tracked and forgot about the whole thing, Until 11/24/2022 when a person named Simon entered the picture and showed me some logo designs. I have, thought about a website, but figured it would be to expensive. $399 changed my mind. Then I had, to have, this server, if I was going to collect money online. Then the second website. Then the content. I had mentioned a couple of times that I really can't afford all this. But, I had to have it all. I asked a friend about this dedicated server and was told I did not have to have one. GoDaddy could host the website. My credit card was maxed out at this time. I decided after Christmas I was going to ask for a refund on the server and stick with the one website. It was 12/27/2022 when I first asked for the refund. All I got was an argument. I decided to play it cool and wait until after the holidays. Simon caught the Covid and was out for 2 weeks. When we spoke again, I demanded the refund. Here again, he wanted to argue with me. What could I do? He's how many miles away? I could not reach Simon for a week, because his Grandmother passed away. Most of our dealings occurred over the phone, but some were emails, which I saved. I disputed the two charges through the credit card company. Simon responded with lies and fraudulent emails to support his side. I was given a copy of what he submitted as evidence and could not believe what I saw. I submitted my evidence proving his lies and still lost out. I have so much more, to this issue. Thanks for your time.

      - Date of transaction: 11/8/2022 - Total amount: $1274 - What the business committed to providing: I needed to trademark my company name. I decided I did not need their service and asked for a refund. I understand they invested time researching, so they wanted to keep a part of the total fee. I disputed the charges because I did not receive the end service I paid for. Artnart fraudulently created email conversations and sent them to Chase as proof that I received the service. I asked Chase to ask for native files of the email conversations so Artnart could not create fake email conversations. - Additional context: I also contacted the United States Patent Office (USPTO). Only the owner of the business or an attorney can file for a trademark. - Outcome: The business did not try to resolve the issue.

This company does business as brandmarkprotect.com, a trademark registration service; however, they appear to officially operate as a graphic designer. Their website represents their fees and then the USPTO fees for filing trademarks, which is $350 per classification. I am a former trademark/copyright paralegal, so when this company tried to tell me that I needed to register under 4 classifications: 1) Baby accessories, 2) Use of business name on all social media; 3) imprinting of name, logo, slogan, and 4) Physical and online services I knew something was wrong with this. I called the USPTO and spoke with Renee Johnson (ref. #1-822863159) who confirmed that only 1 of those 4 are classifications the USPTO charges for, which is Baby accessories. The other items are NOT classifications. I immediately called this company back and required a refund since they did not do any work on the application. Their website has a guarantee that if a customer is unhappy, then they will provide a refund or credit towards other services. They do not stand by their guarantee. They were willing to refund the $350 for the USPTO filing fee. However, they refused to refund the $443 that I paid for their services. They claim this had been used in doing the trademark search report. I did not receive the trademark search report. On 01/23/2023, I canceled at 1:16pm and told them I had never received a report or any other information. Only AFTER canceling did they email the report at 1:35pm, about 1/2 hour after canceling. In addition, the $443 is in the Deluxe package in which the trademark search report is only a small portion of the full services of 1) trademark search, 2) Professional application prep, 3) Digitization and formatting, 4) Electronic delivery, 5) Cease and Desist letter form, 6) 1 year of trademark monitoring and 7) 24-hour expedited processing. Absolutely NONE of these services were used. They refused to refund my money, this is fraud, basically stealing my money.
