To start this, I've been RVing since the 70's. So have been to and used enough RV dealers to think I can tell a good one from a "Don't stop there" ************ I must admit I was totally not impressed with the way the Crestview dealership in Hewit/**** appears as I entered the parking lot. Nothing but a DIRT parking lot to include area where NEW RV's are parked. Felt like a fly-by-night operation. And when entering the maintenance/shop area, there is dust covering everything. New parts on shelving covered in dust/dirt. You can see into the main shop area, SURPISE, it's a dirt floor. I was really having second thoughts about dropping off my new RV. But I needed warranty work completed and I was there.Once I began talking with the service advisor *************************** my opinion began to change. Camron is extremely knowledgeable of repairs and getting scheduled for repairs. ****** then introduced me to the **** that would be working on my RV. I will admit I was not expecting someone as knowledgeable as ******. He is the type of employee you want to represent your company. Knows what he's doing and knows how to deal with grumpy old men like me. Another impressed moment. After getting home, I was re-zeroing the self leveling system. Was having major issues. Called Camron and he had Tech come to my rescue. ****** also impressed me with his concern in getting me up and running (re-zeroing). ****** took the time to explain what he was doing so I could understand and what to do next time. Wow, another great employee.These guys work in a dirty dusty area but are really excellent Tech's. I gave a 5 star rating based on the employees. EVERYONE I encountered was just fantastic. Will I recommend Crestview Hewit/****. If you want great RV tech's, yes, this is the place. Not sure about upper management...Excuse the long windiness, but ******* ****** and Junior need to be pointed out to upper management as excellent employees. Had to delete a large portion to meet review limits.
