            I needed a part quickly, i couldn't wait for a week for a new part to come in from the dealer. I decided to save time by buying from Jakes Auto Parts. They had one part in-stock. They asked for a deposit before i can go get it. I left a deposit over the phone. They were suppose to call me back as soon as they took the part off the junked car. 3 days I call them and they told me they don't have the part and neither can they get me one for the price we agreed upon. Okay no big deal, I asked for my deposit back, in which they told me its on its way. Another day passes and no electronic return yet. I call them back and they tell me they are looking for another part for me but at a much higher price. I kindly said no, for that price I can get a new part at the dealer. They have not returned my money and keep beating around the bush when I call. Id put a negative star if possible.
