    Poor **************** and Quality Control We recently purchased a replacement set of a whole-house water filtration system from Aquasana. After installing it, we noticed a significant issue: when making tea with the filtered water, the tea becomes murky. In contrast, using the same unfiltered water yields clear tea, which strongly suggests that the Aquasana filter is introducing something into the water.I called customer service and spoke with a representative named ********. She claimed the murkiness might be masked by chlorine in the unfiltered water. I explained that we boil the water before making tea, which would remove chlorine, so this explanation doesn't hold. I asked to speak with someone from their technical or scientific team who could provide a more informed explanation. ******** claimed she was the technical expert and further stated that Aquasana does not have a science or engineering department. This was deeply concerningit raises serious questions about the integrity and oversight of their filtration process.Eventually, she agreed to create a case and said someone from their scientific team would contact me. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up.We are very disappointednot only with the product quality but also with the lack of proper support and accountability. This experience raises serious doubts about Aquasanas quality control and customer service practices.

    I have an RO under sink unit specifically an AQ 5300 that I've tried to order replacement filters for over the last 3 months. I cancelled the first order after 2 months when they said they were back ordered. I then bought them from ******* and they didn't work. I reordered them again from aquasana, paid them again, and they still don't have replacement filters. This company is the manufacturer of their own filters and still can't follow through on replacements. No excuses but they have no problem taking your money. They will not tell you upon purchase that they have no filters. Such a scam.

    Aquasana is a dishonest seller. I placed an order on January 6th and it indicated shipment would occur around the 10th of January. Not only did it not ship, but when I checked the tracking, it indicated that it was at ********* and there was going to be a delay. It is now February 10th and they indicate they are late in receiving the units, and they will not be available until February 28th at the earliest. It is dishonest to charge people for a product you do not have and then to lie to them and tell them that it is in the system. There is no delivery date because they do not have the units. Stay away from this dishonest seller.

    Purchased whole home system a year ago and just discovered this is NOT a water softening product as described in advertising as well as phone call I made before buying to verify what my needs were. I now have 3 ruined toilet bowls with permanent scarring of hard chemical water. Im furious and wish I checked BBB before I got ripped off! Now I have to figure out how to get this resolved

    I instantly had buyer's remorse. My wife order the under-sink product and told me to watch the video explaining the installation. When I saw that the hoses were made of plastic and had unthreaded connections, I immediately became wary. I did more research and found lots of customers had problems with leaks and water pressure. I called Aquasana the very day my wife placed the order, asking them to cancel the order. They told me that they could not cancel the order and that I could get a refund, but would have to pay a 25% re-stocking/shipment fee. I knew they hadn't shipped the product and could circumvent delivery -- but they chose not to. I will discourage everyone I know from buying anything from Aquasana. They told me their systems were "down" and gave me other reasons for not being able to cancel the order. But it seems like they just wanted to process the transaction and didn't care about customer satisfaction. From many of the reviews below, I don't think customer satisfaction is a priority for them.

    I've had a minor (pressure release cap) and a major (tank leak) warrenty claims in the past 5 years. Both were handled quickly, easily, professionally, and with a lot of helpful information. Thank you!I'm looking at ***** *** comments below. Not sure why you cancelled your subsciption. I haven't found filters any cheaper, and maintaining a subscription keeps your warranty active. Also, if you have a subscription contract in place with a company, the bank will often automatically default to your new credit card -- not the company's fault. You have to ****** the contract with the company.

    I want to cancel my filter subscription, but I cannot cancel online and their customer service line is only open 8-5 M-F. For an unrelated fraud transaction, the credit card number associated with the Aquasana filter subscription was canceled, so I assumed that Aquasana could not charge me anymore--problem solved? Somehow Aquasana got my new credit card number without me giving it to them, and they continued charging my new credit card number. I called my bank and had Aquasana permanently blocked from my account.Do not purchase a subscription from Aquasana.

    I have been using aquasana for several years now and i have had call to use their customer service a few times - each time it has gone well. E-mail can be difficult to contact them over, but their phone service was polite, quick, and fair.I have had one mistaken shipment in what i suspect is over a decade of patronizing the company, and they replaced it quickly. Replacement parts once or twice. Again, quickly replaced. I will continue to use this company.

    I already posted a review about the filter casing that broke and created a flood on the aquasana website after they have refused to answer my email with questions. But then they have the audacity to respond to my post saying please reach out because we want to make things right, etc. (just as I see them doing to these posts below). Yet when I email them as their own email requested saying if you are sincere then here I am to talk, they don't even respond. So I'll let their lack of sincerity speak for itself. It's just not the kind of company you want to work with or should support.
