We hired Plaster-People, who also go by Huertas Pool Remodeling, in the fall of 2020 to apply new plaster to our pool. It was completed as requested, and also a new pool light was installed along with new jets and new drains. The pool light stopped working before opening our pool up this year, and *************************, owner, has refused to reply to my inquiries for warranty work. It appears this light was not new, but a light that was maybe from another remodel he did prior to ours. It worked for maybe 3-4 months in 2021 as we didn't use the pool until May 2021 (first use since pool remodel). I sent a few emails and also a few texts to ************ and finally received a response, but once i told him what street i lived on he went silent.The remodel has a six year warranty per the communication i have in writing from *************************, and Plaster-People and Huertas Pool Remodeling.We are simply asking to repair the light or replace it as it is not functioning. A new LED pool light that cost $500 should not go out in only 3 months use. Please keep in mind that we used the pool light maybe ***** times since installation.
