  STAY AWAY! **** will demand money upfront for materials, but you will never see the materials, then he will have excuses as to why he needs more money, he will promise to be done by the date agreed on then come up with every excuse as to why he cant get the job completed on time. Things like doctors appointments, has to take his wife somewhere, mom is ill, is sick and so on, we live in a gated community and they take notes every time someone enters from 9/5/24 to 12/5/24 he was at our house less than 30 days, we bought the house in September and moved in 11/30. We thought giving him time to complete the job with us not living here would be easier but he never showed up! On top of not completing the job on time and not having the materials we paid for on location, the work he did do was poor at best, my husband really believes he does not know what he is doing at all. A lot of what he did do has to be redone! We had several things we wanted to update he would start a job, but not completed it, for example flooring we wanted new floors, he started the floor but didnt complete it. The trim he did mange to put up around the doors, doesnt match. One side of the frame is 3 the other is 31/2 its like that on very door! The cabinets he installed have chunks knocked out of them, the wood he screwed into the other side is split, our new cabinets look like old and worn out. Plus he didnt paint them right. Runs everywhere! Our house was to be completed by 11/1/24 on 12/1 he informed us he was going on a 7 day cruise, this is the same man that would come to us needing money for bills or with a sob story but he can afford to go on a 7 day cruise! Then when he returned from his trip, he texted us saying he injured his hand on the cruise and cant work. Of course he cant, he doesnt have the money to get the rest of the materials because he spent the our money. He took us for 50k, stay away from him. Now we have to go to court to try to get our money back!

  ALL of this is lies. I WAS there EVERY day working in our house. I have SEVERAL witnesses to me being there. And YES, I had to check in every day at the gate or I was not allowed in the community. There are cameras that video every person and vehicle coming and going. I did everything I said I was going to do up to point of me getting injured on a cruise, of which i am STILL unable to work due to nerve damage in my right hand and wrist. I did notify you immediately upon my return from the cruise that my wife purchased a year in advance. You were notified that once I am able to return to work, that the few interior items would be completed along with any other items not completed. You have tried every way to threaten me, from lawsuits to turning me into to the ***. I have done NOTHING illegal. If I didn't do the work, which there are MULTIPLE witnesses to me being there on a daily basis, then who did? And I have pictures of every phase of a job. Whicb i habe on my phone.Please stop with the lies and threats. This too will be proven wrong. Ceiling fans, door hangings and light fixtures were left with rock install behind the fireplace on the inside. A deck extension was left on the outside. And NONE of the paperwork, which I have in my possession states the job to be completed on November 1st. These are lies and everything in this review is fabricated. I have all threats and text messages from you threatening me. I did nothing illegal.
