      Took my vehicle to this place on 11/18/23 to have work done for a rubber main seal and wiring issues. Was told on 11/28/23 there was heat damage done to the wiring and it would need to be repaired. Gave auth to repair the wiring. Paid for part of the service on 11/29/23 of *******. on 11/29 was told I would have my car back on 11/30. 11/30/23 came and the wrong alternator was delivered the right part would not be in till 7:30pm on 11/30. on 12/1/23 I receive a message stating the vehicle is completed and ready for pick up. i paid the remaining balance on 12/13/23 per the first quote given of 1300. Recieve a message stating we owe 300 more for another repair that was done paid that on 1/10/24. on 1/10/24 I reached out stating that I smelled a burning plastic smell from the vehicle. was told from electrical tape and conduit. Mechanic stated wires were covered really well and should not have any issues. On 2/12/24 I requested a call as the issues that was fixed appeared again and there were bare wires exposed again. Dropped the vehicle off on 3/8/24 to have them go back over the work that was paid for. Reached out on 3/14/24, and then again on 3/16 was told it would be another week as he had family issues come up and was getting married. on 3/17/24 I picked up my vehicle and found my car was ransacked and my winch was used unauthorized. His brother use it for personal use to move heavy machinery and broke it. Reached out on 5/8 and expressed my vehicle is not fixed for the work that was paid for and the winch would need to be replaced. Received message of "OK see you in court you are not my customer anymore. don't message me." all I am asking is the broken things be replaced and a refund on the money paid for work that was not completed right. Will be filling a court case against this mechanic.
