- Once all parties are agreed to a quote, we'll get everyone involved to sign aStatement of Work, as well as any other paperwork required by the client, suchas a Non-Disclosure Agreement, No Compete, etc. Statement of Work will contain a delivery schedule containing a No-Refund date. In most cases, Signet Image Group will collect 50% of the final quoteprior to work beginning. If the agreed-upon date or benchmark has passed, any prior deposits will not be refunded. Very large-scale jobs or jobs with an unusually highnumber of deliverables might be broken into smaller percentages based upondelivery schedule. If customer opts to cancel service prior to completion, any remaining invoices will be canceled. Should Signet Image Group be found to be at fault for gross violation of the Statement of Work or other Agreements, previous deposits will be refunded.
