      "I paid for a code to start my vehicle to go to the mechanic shop to have the device removed after speaking with the mechanic shop they told me to come in 3:00 upon arrival they seem busy and refused to take off the interlock device I was told to come back tomorrow I told the shop I paid for this code to come here you have to take it off or else I would be charged again the next day the shop said they needed some kind of proof to take the device off although I had that the shop only insisted on doing a calibration you don't speak to a live representative for Smart start so I had to text spoke with REMOVEDand REMOVEDwho are no help at all whatsoever unprofessional and of no help whatsoever REMOVEDclaimed he called the shop and said that the second time they hung up on him it's corruption at its finest I don't recommend anyone using Smart start use any other device other than REMOVEDit will be your biggest regret in life choosing Smart start"
