    Will not return! I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this theater that I feel compelled to share. I came in and politely asked an employee if it would be possible to change my movie time to a later showing. She kindly went to ask her manager, ********. Instead of offering any assistance or professionalism, ******** completely ignored her at first, then abruptly turned to me and rudely shouted, "Do you have your ticket?!" Startled by his tone, I explained that I didnt have it on me, but was just asking if it could be changed. He immediately cut me off, yelling, "I NEED YOUR TICKET!" I calmly explained that my husband had it and I was just inquiring about the process. ******** then walked away without another word. I turned to the employee and asked if he was always that rude. She looked extremely uncomfortable and was clearly too afraid to answer.I later found my husband and we decided to request a refund. As we were heading out, I ran into ******** again and told him he was being very rude and needed to treat customers with more respect. He shouted "No, you!" at me. I responded, You work here, I dont, and we proceeded to the front desk. My husband asked another managera Black womanif we could get a refund. She told him to go to the front. Once he got there, the front desk employee had to call that same manager over to process the refund, because only she was authorized to do it. Why did she send him away if she knew she would have to handle it herself? Though she did process the refund, she was also cold and unprofessional. We left feeling completely disrespected and shocked at the behavior of the management, especially ********. I submitted a complaint on the theaters website and have heard nothing back. This entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. I will never return to this theater and urge others to consider going elsewhere. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respectnone of which was shown to us.
